  1. I got lightsaber chopsticks in the mail. I didn't order lightsaber chopsticks.

  2. I just noticed, you used my KOTOR stances and credited my old name, master_ibonek. That hasn't happened in ages. No big deal, thanks for the credit.
  3. He has nothing to do with the Raven master server. Not sure what you're on about.
  4. I think JKA has shown that there is no such things "too efficient" protection.
  5. Terminal is the command line app on Mac. The easiest way to run launch time commands is to use @@redsaurus' JKJALaunch app for Mac. http://jkhub.org/files/file/1019-jedi-academy-mp-launcher-for-os-x/ No need to bother with Terminal if you use that, I belive. Also, Steam supports them as well, but Mac users can't join servers without OpenJK or JKJALaunch anyway.
  6. @@Clan FJA I think he means removing the floating gun completely, and only have the gun dropped on the ground, à la single player.
  7. What browser are you using? Test if it's doing the same thing in another browser.
  8. Heh. It's you. Probably a browser extension. Double check that any extension you have were actually installed by yourself.
  9. Why is that not in the JKHub bar? @@ouned
  10. I'm assuming you're referring to JK2, rather than Jedi Academy? Probably not possible to downgrade and play on a modern machine, especially if you bought the game from Steam or the App Store. @@redsaurus or @@Xycaleth might know more about how it works.
  11. I'm excited for The Division, but yeah it took twice as long as they originally planned for some reason. Otherwise they wouldn't have announced it so early. It's almost like they had an idea but didn't really realize how much time and effort it would take to do it right. I don't think Ubisoft has made a game like that before, so kudos to them for not rushing it.

  13. I'm not a big fan of gameplay trailers anyway. If it's a new game, I prefer to be surprised as much as possible. But also, I think a lot of games these days are in full development up until right before release almost, so they aren't as comfortable with releasing unfinished gameplay as much as they used to be. My assumption at least.
  14. I ran JKA on a machine 4 years older than that with worse specs with decent results, so yeah, shouldn't be too horrible.

Any luck on the Mac files?

  17. For your first saber, it looks great! Nice work.
  18. Ah. I see. I'd agree with that, yeah. Though same could be said for SWTOR in general. It hasn't really stuck with classic Star Wars art style at all.
  19. I'm a big CoD fan but I'm not looking forward to BO3 at all. Getting tired of this futuristic stuff. Looks like they stole the movement system from Titanfall, which I don't doubt they'll do it better, but it doesn't belong in a Call of Duty game. I want historic games again, like World at War or Black Ops 1. I'm most edited for Battlefront, definitely. @@NumberWan where did it say there will be no sabers? The trailer for the DLC was all about those Jedi, right?
  20. The JKA app is its own app on the store right now I believe. You just have to supply the assets.
  21. The gameplay is staged, not meant to be accurate like that. Just like in previous Battlefront games, some details like that are wrong. The point is to have major battles between the two factions on familiar planets that are reminiscent of the actual battles, such as the Battle of Hoth. I'm sure they know the lore well, as they've showed they are big Star Wars fans, but getting every single detail right for every battle would be so tedious with little reward.
  22. Doesn't Android have Google Play store?
  23. How is it terrible? It looked great. I think you used the wrong word there, judging from the emoticon you used. Both trailers are real gameplay, played on a PS4. Those graphics are up to par with modern games, they definitely remind me of Battlefield Hardline graphics, which is on the same engine. Some of you might not realize that, who don't play many modern games, but graphics are very realistic now, and getting better and better each year.
  24. Not going at all. I don't have a computer at the moment. Once I get my new one, I'll probably start work on this again.
  25. The good thing is, they aren't really using saber combat to market the game, as it's not a main focus for the game, just like it wasn't in BFII. Heroes are more like big power-ups for playing well, which is a good move. BF is always about the common soldier and battleground, not Jedi vs Sith.
