The hand tags are there, it may be this, look in the skin file for these lines l_hand,*off r_rand,*off and change them to this l_hand, off r_hand, off

Most of these don't have the files set-up to work in SP. They need one of two things to work. 1. NPC file or 2. SP support at the character creation screen. Here's a easy tool to make npc's it's really quite easy. This is a little more complicated, but not impossible to create skin files for SP character creation screen.

That would be up to GPChannel. There's no permission to modify it.

Try renaming the pk3 as zzzzzAhsoka_Tano_Blue_outfit and see if that works.

There's a setting for max players/bots that can be in the game, which is probably what is causing this.

It's under weight paint and then you'll see weight transfer.

There's a weight transfer in blender that gives you a quick rough start but you'll still have to fine-tune parts. Which can be quick or a very long and difficult process depending on the model.

I did a Kira Carsen years ago for personal use, I can release her but I have to warn you it's rigged for Jedi Outcast so you won't be able to use dual sabers with her.
