  1. I was actually just about to mention this. Yeah, it was basically to show-off how the cross-era heroes/villains would work, against each other. So that the Pre-Alpha Demo, basically covered all areas/points they were trying to check off their list, of what they showed.
  2. Yeah.. And then add in an "Order 66" mode. How awesome would that be?! And the Hero/Villain for that, is Anakin and the rest are Clones, trying to wipe out the Jedi. If they add the Jedi Temple in, on Coruscant (potentially), like they've done with the Theed, on Naboo. That would be one hell of an awesome game mode to play.
  3. Not gonna lie.. Looks absolutely incredible, this year! Genuinely so glad I've pre-ordered..
  4. Everybody tuning-in for the Assault on Theed gameplay showcase, tomorrow? Looks really interesting and the graphics/visuals actually seem to have improved, from what I've seen of it, thus far. They showed a couple of screenshots and teasers on social media. Looks very compelling.
  5. Those aren't white. They're blue.. And the other one that The Punisher posted are different shades of green, to match her Clone Wars era sabers.
  6. Oh yes! You little beauty! Awesome work, as always, Rooxon. Been waiting for this for some time and it's finally up. Mind if I throw this into our MD2 Remastered mod?

  14. **Current Character Roster & Sabers Update** Okay.. So I just spent some time tonight, going through all the .sab files and making sure each character's saber blade wasn't thicker/wider than the hilt/emitter, itself.. (As previously mentioned by @@Circa). The saber sounds will be the next thing to be looked at. But I thought I'd showcase all of the characters currently in-game, so far. Some are a WiP and/or need improvements. So they're not "final". Episode I Characters Qui-Gon Jinn Obi-Wan Kenobi Darth Maul **Note**Some slight animation changes are required, just to make sure that the characters are holding their saber hilts correctly.
  15. Yeah, I agree. I still think, even now.. That this Battlefront will essentially be what EA's first Battlefront should've been. Hopefully, we'll get a bunch of heroes and villains from the Prequels. I don't just want 2 or 3. The whole STAR WARS community, all over the web, social media. etc. have been crying out for heroes and villains from the Prequels, since mid-way through Battlefront (2015)'s lifespan since release. I don't wanna jump to conclusions just yet of who we'll actually be getting. I think it's likely that these Top 5 will appear, though; 1) Darth Maul (confirmed) 2) Yoda (confirmed) 3) General Grievous (shown on the curtain poster) (below) 4) Count Dooku (shown on the curtain poster) (below) 5) Obi-Wan Kenobi As far as Kenobi goes, we could potentially get a bunch of skins for him (yet to be clarified if micro-transactions will affect this or not). But maybe get 3 different skins for him, showcasing his character changes through the 3 Prequel movies. I wouldn't begrudge an "Old Ben" skin, either.. From "A New Hope", considering we never got that in Battlefront (2015). But they clearly know where they dropped the ball, with their first game.. So they're more than trying to make up for it, with Battlefront II. I can definitely see some gameplay or maybe another trailer from them at E3. But I do also potentially see another BIG reveal coming along, too. Whether that be in the form of a game mode in the game or in a new trailer, showing off another unexpected or "heavily requested" hero/villain. I think so many people wanted Prequel content (myself included) and felt seriously let down by the lack of content in Battlefront (2015). Even now, after all the DLC in the Season Pass.. The only real DLC is the Rogue One - Scarif pack. Everything else should've been in the game to begin with. Whether they reveal Galactic Conquest or not, remains to be seen. But I wouldn't hold your breath for it. As long as they properly do Space Battles this time around, though.. I'll be much happier. It was shoe-horned in, in the last game and the mechanics did not feel good at all. *Edit* I don't know if this has been posted already, but here's a poster EA are using to "hype up" the game, for E3. Looks very interesting. Is it an indication of what we could expect to see, as far as the graphics/visuals go (cinematics and such) or is it just mere franchise hype and propaganda?
  16. Well, I can already tell it'll be superior to what they did in 2015, with the first one. How superior? Well, that remains to be seen.. But no 'Season Pass' should be a BIG step forward.
  17. Yeah, the great thing about that is you can change and set the core thickness, with a console command (which is what I've done) "seta cg_SFXSabersCoreSize (num)" Plus, there's always the additional (and maybe better) option of using the .sab files to edit the core thickness of each individual saber.
  18. Are you working on the "Original Trilogy", here? There's no point in you doing the Prequel trilogy. Myself, Tompa9 and yeyo JK are already working on remastering MD2, here: https://jkhub.org/topic/9062-star-wars-movie-duels-ii-remastered-current-wip/page-1
  19. **Minor Update** Just a small update, for tonight.. Been working on the lightsaber blades and their colours. Original Version NEW Version Original Version NEW Version Original Version NEW Version Original Version NEW Version Movie Screenshots (For reference) You can see a selection of movie screenshots, as used for reference, here: http://imgur.com/a/UfiKr As you can probably see already, the original mod versions of the blades and their colours looks to be somewhat "washed out" and jaded. The size and width of the actual colour glow, around the blade itself still needs addressing, obviously. But just thought I'd show off some more accurate colours and crisper looking blades.
  20. Say what you like about "The Old Republic". Hell, even I'm not its biggest fan (although I do have it and have spent some money in the Cartel Market here and there).. But there's no denying that BioWare (and EA, for that matter) really know how to do a trailer. Both of their Battlefront games are proof of that, with all the trailers they've released. But, to summarise.. Pretty much all of their "The Old Republic" trailers have been incredibly impressive. If they made a movie or a set of movies like that, tickets would quite easily be sold out and they'd sell millions of copies of DVD's, Blu-Ray's. etc. Still two of my favourite TOR trailers..
  21. Palpatine's Cloak! How did I miss these?! Great work, @@yeyo JK! It makes the lava look so much more realistic and believable.
  22. Hey DT , Well, we just need some cut-scenes re-scripted and one or two other things.. Nothing drastic, really. It's also some small character models that need replacing in certain scenes and what not. Music is one of our more *important* ones. As we're adding new and more accurate film versions of the movie's scores. The original version of the mod was very limited and basic. If we can get a scripter on-board, to help out.. We could very well see a release of v1.0 of this mod, by the Summer.. So people can test it out and see the new changes that've been made.
  23. Okay, If anyone can help.. I'm looking to change (in this instance; *update*) the lightsaber colours, within the MD2 mod's assets, to be much more polished and closer to that of the movies. I guess a more accurate representation of the selected set colours; - Blue - Green - Purple Is this something to do with editing the files in the "gfx\effects\sabers" folder, found here? Any help, would be welcome.. Thanks!
  24. *Scripter STILL Required*We could still really do to with someone to step up, to assist with scripting, just to edit some stuff. We don't need any "drastic" changes being made, as such.. But the sooner we can get a scripter in on the project, the sooner we can release V1.0 of the Remaster. If any scripters, users and members who have experience with working with .IBI/icarus scripts, could come onboard and help out, it'd be a greatly appreciated. Thanks!
