  1. He's getting there. But Wolffe has kind of taken the back burner right now. I guess I try to do too many projects at once. I do have another part of the wolfe symbol skinned on for the the test. I still need to tinker around with it to get to work. As far as reference goes this as what I used: http://www.501st.com/databank/File:S4_wolffe_helmet.jpg I'll have to get back to Wolffe. I have mainly been working on the Shocktrooper as of late so I will have to really find a clone and stick to it until I get it finished. Like I did with Phase 1 Gree.
  2. Very impressive. The only slight problem I noticed is that the skin tone for the face and body seem slightly off. Otherwise very nice work.
  3. Now, here is a more interesting update. The following skin has had more than just skinning work. As you'll we see the clone now has adjusted parts. So, without further delay, here is the new and improved Phase 1 Commander Gree I would like to further say that I did not do the modelling work. That honor belongs to someone who I shall call "Tavik Kenobi". WIthout his hard work, this Clone and many others would not have been possible. So I give special thanks to him and all his hard work. The model is completly finished yet but this will basically be it. Enjoy.

    Hey !

    Welcome to the Hub.
  5. Thank you very much. I am using a modified version of the Phase 2 standard helmet. I pasted the Neyo visor on it so that the symmetry of the model will balance out a lot better. The Neyo specific helmet has model issues which make the shape seem a little off.
  6. Indeed. However skinning the Phase II version (the head at least) is going to be an absolute nightmare. Since he basically has the entire Wolfpack symbol on his head, getting everything to fit just right will be tricky. But he looks much like the one I have already done in terms of position. I've already taken care of Phase II Sinker, Boost, Comet, and standard trooper in terms of the Wolfpack. Their armor is fairly simple aside for Wolffe who is a little tricky. But hopefully I can find a way to make Wolffe succesfully.
  7. Pretty cool looking skin. I love the added control systems you put on it,
  8. Time for another update. I have been doing a lot of work on the Wolfpack and would like to show off Commander Wolffe in his grey phase 1 armor.
  9. The first thing I'd like to do right now is give a progress update. I've been working on several different clones, since I am kind of stuck 212 wise. My focus has now shifted towards the Wolfpack. They have fairly simple markings so they aren't too hard to do. It is The Wolffes that are tricky with their complex head markings. Anyway I'll keep working on them and post their progress when I feel they are ready. I also have a question, how exactly do I add a glow shader? I don't have much experience regarding shaders so I really haven't grasped much of what you guys have said regarding that particular subject. If you could better explain it to me I would be must grateful. But I did not come without something to show, here are two of my takes on two clones, the 501st and the 212th phase 2. I know versions of both of these clones I have already been made, but I liked to try my hand it just aboute everything.
  10. That is a good idea. While I have never succesfully completed a glow shader, I'll have to give that a try. Got it. I'll play around with the shaders some more and find one that isn't so metallic. Keep the feedback coming.
  11. At last the update is here. Here are the current skins of all my Phase 1 212th troopers. There are still some very minor changes to be made but the look will be basically the same. First is the Phase 1 Trooper. ot much to write home about. He is basically just a clone officer with orange markings. One thing you will notice is that all the scratches on this model were removed. Next is Crys: know that he is a very minor character but I didn't want to leave any stone unturned. Next is a more familar character; Boil. Boil turned out pretty well and he was fairly simple to do as well. His brother Waxer on the other hand was not so easy... The main problem with Waxer was getting the line in the certain of his head to stay together correctly. There only glitch I see in him is that some parts of the line look a little out of place but it can only really be noticed when looking from an above. Another thing that makes me really proud of Waxer is this: I know this is such a minor detail but that droid symbol just really won this skin for me. Finally, good old Commander Cody: I think Cody is another one of my favorites. It was quite a trick getting the parts transparent but, it eventually worked out thanks to the help of some members here are gave me the correct shader code. Thanks you guys. I was also able to get his "head-light" as red as seen here: Well that's all for Phase 1. Let me know what you guys think. If you can think of any improvements let me know.
  12. Wow! Very impressive work. I still do plan on releasing my own version of these Clones. But very impressive work on the Republic symbol on Jesse's head. How tricky was it to do that?
  13. As of right now, the phase 1 reveal will include the following clones: Phase 1 Waxer Phase 1 Boil Phase 1 Cody Phase 1 Trooper (Orange Markings) Phase 1 Crys Most of these are ready to be tested out. Except for Crys who is still being worked on.
  14. I am very close to revealing one of my first major updates. It will be the 212th Phase 1 clones who are just about done but I still have a few more things I need to do first.
  15. I think the lips might need to be a slightly different color. They look too pink.
  16. I think some nice indoor holiday decorations will be nice. Like a Christmas tree with presents underneath. Maybe some Christmas lights on some of the buildings but I don't know, if those would fit into place in this environment.
  17. I have the shaders set up but now when I test them out in game nothing is invisble? I have gone to GIMP and cleared out the areas I didn't want and saved it as a PNG but everything is still there? What am I missing?
  18. I am working on a skin that has part of the model that I do not need. The model comes with headgear and I don't need that particular piece, I only need the visor. I have tried using a PNG file but no luck. What is the key to making part of an image disappear? I was able to do it once with the kilt but so far no luck with the headgear. This is an older version of the skin but it explains what I am talking about just the same. I am trying to make the thing that is in white disappear. I know that it appears white in modview but it should be transparent in game. But it isn't. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  19. EDIT: Never mind, I figured it out. Thanks.
  20. I am working on a mod that I wanted to change some weapon sound effects in. I have the sounds in but don't play when I shoot or select them. They are wav files but they still don't show up. Any tips on what I can do to fix it?
  21. It's getting better but the face still needs a little work. The side of the head looks about right. But his face still seems a little flat.
  22. I want to get some feedback from some of you guys I recently tested out a slightly different Phase 1 approach and wanted to know which one you think is better. Current: New: As you can see it is simply a Phase 1 head on the Phase 2 skin. But this solves a lot of problems. First: it creates a more unified feel between both the Phase 1 and Phase 2 troopers. Second, it solves the symmetry issue I was having with the previous Phase 1 texture. What this will mean is that I will have to redo all the Phase 1 clones I have done this far, which is fairly simple at this point. This is only the helmet so far, the only things that need to be adjusted are the position of the comlink and a slight arm change. Let me know what you guys think.
