      Whats up gentlemen? Ony ive just been working, being daddy, and chipping away at this mod. DT i think im just excited to see some new cinematic life and hope he doesnt muck it up.       Omg my bad. Yes. This. So is there a certain map distance that the textures start breaking down into lower res? Is it considered to be handled correctly by jka's engine?

      I would like to know because Im trying to work with nice high res textures for pretty much the whole mod, but I would like them to scale down correctly for fps

      Shoulders are usually the most difficult area to weigh. Just takes time and a lot of practice to get a desired look.

    I am just so happy wirh Softimage and thankful that I stuck it out.

      The program that all it's unique features are being merged into is Maya but there is a lot of other things they are not changing that were better in Softimage. The main thing off the top of my head would be the 2D/3D bone creation, it made auto IK solvers. With Maya, Max, Blender and every other program out there all bones start out FK. You have to manually set up the IK before you can even begin to build a rig. SO STUPID and time consuming.

    I can't get radiant to show my misc model breakables =( I see them ingame just not in radiant

      They never show a preview. Use misc_model to position your model, then change the classname to misc_model_breakable.

      Xycaleth is interested in working on an SP version though. We want to make all of the renderer code universally shared between MP and SP before we do that though.

    I just got ff8 on my pc and applied the widescreen and "HD" patches. It is about to get real. The streets will flow with the blood of the nonbelievers
