Make a variety of different stocks and I'll include support for them.
I'd also like there to be a scope mask if you could do that. Sorry if that's a lot to ask, but I have some big ideas in mind!
The stock is this extendable part, right? I think I get that, but whatever do you mean by a scope mask? a texture mask?
EDIT: just FYI I sorted those things out
keep checking the previous post for updates for now, once the model is finished tho, I'm gonna add the sketchfab embeds to the first post.

EDIT: Oh, AshuraDX told me it's the Force Awakens stormie gun. I probably won't do it since I'm full with work for now. Might create it for JK:Enhanced tho once it allows more guns

@@AshuraDX Yeah. I think the sole reason for this is the fact, that back in 2003 too hefty models could actually fry your comp. I remember having a quite-good computer and I couldn't run JKA with that volumetric glow or what it's called. Also, I compared the models from EA BF and vanilla JKA; the difference? about 3600 verts and faces lol. Imagining now how many verts and faces there are in each game, in each moment of your view.... huh. Computers evolved a long way. If it wasn't for the engine limitations, we could be doing a lot nicer models with more details modeled in them.

The base game model has a small shape to resemble the front end of the folded stock, whoever modeled the guns for jko and jka seems to have had little to no reference material or really wanted to keep the tri count low. I also think the grip could be a little wider now that I see it from the Front with the barrel attached
the grip yet needs those metal parts and a bolt around them, check ref picture 3. The game model is horrible, simply horrible.

Looks great! I personally prefer it with the extendable stock as it looks better and it's movie accurate. BTW, how can you be SO fast? lol

Highpoly is somewhat done, except for that underpart which can be extended... I can't decide whether I should add it or not, since it resembles the vanilla JKA gun a lot more like this. What do you think?
Other than this, just slight detail work is needed for this, some parts that are gonna help me texture easier later on. Thanks to @@Seven, it was really easy to recreate this gun because of the model he provided.GLTh3Pr0, swegmaster and Seven like this -

After two restarts, it's finally taking shape. Couldn't decide with which reference to go, now I'm literary remodeling the Battlefront E-11. Note that this will become the highpoly model, but I'm never turbosmoothing or placing support loops till I finish the whole base model.Bek and Darth Sion like this -

Okay so today, after a nice conversation on Discord, I decided I'll start doing the guns now before all else, because we probably all feel that JKA is in some kind of urgent need for them. I mean come on, those old blocky ones are just wierd at this point.
Here's what I got so far:
@@Seven has provided me with a superb rip of the E-11 model from the new Battlefront. I exploded the mesh and will use it to help me remodeling it part-by-part.Other references I'm gonna use are these:

So, now of course I'm gonna leave some small details out for JKA. I would need help figuring those parts out and I'll keep you posted here with updates, for now I'm gonna model the base, handle and the scope. I'll answer you just for the sake of... well I don't know but I'm having a good day. This weapon was already requested and is on my "interesting" list, which means I plan on doing it, which means I'll probably do it soon.
But please, let's not get offtopic. This is no "request" thread and I won't be taking up anymore from the point onward when I posted in the request thread and asked AshuraDX to close it. Feel free to ask me via PM but I'll probably create things that I deem interesting enough to make.

Will you add weapons effects from Ultimate weapons aswell?
Nope. Maybe do my own but I was never the kind of modder to use other's work.

I'm sorry guys, I'll do a few hilts I think are interesting (hard) enough to make from this thread or my personal messages. Also, @@Barricade24 don't worry, your gun is almost done but I'll upload all of those requests in one (last) shot. After that, I'll be concentrating on my restarted project, more or less in silence. Maybe use the thread for a question or two... but after that, I'll stop being active around here. I promise I'll submit a mod here and there but I would really love to start concentrating on new-gen games. Let's hope we get a SW moddable one sometime soon!
But it's been fun and a challenge. I thank you guys for posting your wishes and I thank you for waiting for ... too long to see them done. You're not that far away anymore to see them, though these will be the last requests I take up. Be well, learn modding and new things and most important of all, never let JKHub or JKA modding die! As long as we keep coming back, it's alive. May the Force be with you all!

I did, several times. Always the same problem: Script can't be found thus can't be loaded up. It's like it wants me to think the JK:Enhanced doesn't work with the same script list as the vanilla game does or... I dunno. But it might just be a CamSP problem rather than JK:Enhanced...

Okay, well I'll be continuing these hilts as soon as I finish a few requests I promised to do. Next in line are the Kotor Saber update, Scout Blaster and two or three hilts from my thread and one from my PMs. (got tons of them lol, it's nice to see you all want to see this variety of things in JKA but I'm a single human being!
lol I probably won't be finished with all of them not even in one year's time. xD)

I'm doing my best. I'll need to play with the topology a bit, also, the edges on the grip need a bit of vertex repositionings and maybe a bit of work with smoothing groups. I need to merge a few parts of the model that aren't merged yet, to make it ready for a good, realistic bake with parts mended like they are on the reference.
Today I got a small picnic planned with friends so I probably won't be doing any progress, just to let you know!But this highpoly modeling was the hard part of it all together, so no worries. I could even work with this unfixed model If I wanted to, since I'm fixing the bakes in PS before using them in Substance Painter anyway. But an ever-nagging friend of mine wants me to do things good or not bother at all... so I'll bother a bit. @@AshuraDX

Yes well I'm working with several different concepts... The most part of the gun was remodeled after the modern EA Battlefront E-11, thus the differences. If you want me to, just say the word and I can add such an ammo cartridge as a bonus skin.
