  1. I never said we should break the law, I'm just asking why JKHub is the only community paying the price. Rather, why can't ports be distributed as modding resources rather than actual... you know!? Say, I've reskinned Savage Opress from Khameir plenty lately. Does that make it illegal? @@eezstreet, you have the right idea about distribution of these kinds of files. I'm angered, however, that JKHub is going through what other communities don't right now and how sounds, for example, are placed above suspicion as opposed to other ports like models.
  2. Rules? People stopped giving a shit about rules. Isn't that why Movie Battles II and Mod DB are safe? Mod DB is hosting a KotOR PackMovie Battles II ported Darth MalakPlenty of mods use ported resources in many different formsThat's another form of hypocrisy though. How come JKHub is the only community paying the price? And why are people like me having my files shut down just because of baseless accusations? And how come there are many other port-affiliated files that are placed above suspicion?
  3. Tbh, I second Ory'Hara. This entire policy itself is beginning to tear apart modding resources, as well things people in this community would have preferred, and maybe JKHub itself some time, unless hypocrisy still works for ported resources that AREN'T models. Look at Circa's Star Wars sound pack. Would you consider that a port, considering it all came from StarWars.com's soundboard? Is it considered porting to use sounds from other games, or to use other textures for a new model? Why it is that such things are placed beyond restriction, I wonder. A considerable percentage of mods in the JKA community, then, should be deleted because of it's vast porting material, which at the same time would be a dumb idea because of the enjoyment others receive, but isn't that the policy? Or does hypocrisy still keep this kind of thing going? Movie Battles II ported Darth Malak and nobody's filing lawsuits against them as far as I know. And, lastly, one of my Christmas presents were completely safe of porting material. Khameir modeled it himself in Blender, someone did his own voice-overs, and lastly, all I did was retexture.
  4. 'Xactly!
  5. I said Grievous legged Maul was the only Maul in Clone Wars Adventures! ffs... Secondly, there is no proof that there was a port, and I'd have Khameir deliver us a bit of evidence but, I see JKHub decided to treat him poorly and make him go. BUT, I have evidence. Quite clearly, Death Watch Maul was not a port. After several checks, CWA's Maul and Khameir's Maul are different in terms of texturizing. CWA's Maul's head model is different from Khameir's. The chest textures are different, Khameir's was not as correct (which I cleared up in my later version, which got DELETED!) To top it off, the CWA's Maul's Death Watch Robes were not saturated like Khameir's, nor did the cybernetic legs exist in Death Watch Maul's!
  6. That is untrue... I know this for a fact.
  7. It was a baseless claim without any evidence to support it! And no, I refer to the Season 4 Darth Maul as Grievous-legged, not Khameir's! I already have Death Watch Maul, so I don't require your send... Also, I searched for over an hour for a portable .obj that looks exactly like Khameir's Maul and I found nothing. You expect me not to get mad at you and AshuraDX for getting my file deleted baselessly--my Christmas present? How do you think Khameir feels, being shit on and called a porter just because he actually made a nice Maul for once! "OH LOOK, A GOOD CLONE WARS MODEL MADE BY A MYSTERIOUS FOREIGNER! THIS MUST MEAN IT'S A PORT!"
  8. Bullshit, Omicron! CWA only has that Grievous-legged Maul and Khameir made Maul in Blender. Also, thanks for bitching about Savage again, a character nobody is willing to model. But I don't need JKHub's ****ing sponsorship to make him public And finally, a Grievous that's better than a cartoony booger-ized version. Of course you have to throw that under the bus too F*** JKHub. Thanks for removing my downloads, @@AshuraDX. Sorry isn't enough to reduce a lie that made one of my Christmas presents go to waste.
  9. Somebody do it. Now.
  10. Well I don't think he exactly resembles the Sith'ari. He wasn't exactly free of limits during his conquest before the Jedi Temple's destruction. Lord Adraas constantly got in his way with powerplays and Malgus kept a grudge, limited to the Dark Council's firsthand decisions. Malgus assembled many dark side adepts, perhaps, and tried to form a multicultural/elemental Empire. But he was instantly thwarted by four top Imperial heroes. So his foolishness--yes, I know--was his downfall in the end if he thought he could get away with this. Lastly, I don't recall him killing any Sith and bringing them back better than before. Also, roleplay community? I'd love to check it out.
  11. DinnerTime's Tea Party MakerMod server is back up! @Onysfx @spior Wanna play sometime!?

Free Enterprises. How great I am being driven away from the very thing that brought me.

  12. Lamented

    Yo

I'm 22. I've been playing JKA for 5 years as well. Nice to meet you!
  13. Darth Malgus isn't Sith'ari, though... In fact, he's wearing the recognizable Dark Armor from the Book of Sith.
  14. By the way, the eyes look a little out of shape, in comparison from his right eye to his left. Like with my Sand trooper, you have a problem the head textures where you can see a line going straight down the middle. Anyways, that is almost unavoidable. Gj.
  15. Beautifully crafted. However, I was highly disappointed when I read that I could not modify it, considering I had plans for a nice Soul Calibur IV Vader skin. Oh well. :/
  16. Oh wait... I thought you were referring to something you did release, my bad...
  17. It was beautiful. But it wasn't Pre Vizsla, just a regular Death Watch soldier Pre Vizsla (pronounced /'pri vizlɑ/)[4] was a male Human from Mandalore and was the leader of the Mandalorian Death Watch faction during the Clone Wars. Seeking to overthrow Duchess Satine Kryze and her pacifistic New Mandalorian government, in order to restore Mandalore to its widespread warrior ways, Vizsla secretly allied himself with Count Dooku and his Confederacy of Independent Systems. While governing Mandalore's moon, Concordia, and maintaining loyalty to Kryze in public, Vizsla led the Death Watch in secret from several Concordian mining camp bases. The Death Watch's terrorist attacks on Mandalore came to a head when Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived on Concordia with Kryze to follow leads on the Death Watch. When Kenobi discovered the Death Watch's secret base, Vizsla confronted them with several warriors and revealed himself as the renegades' leader. After engaging Kenobi in a short duel, Vizsla forced him and Kryze to flee Concordia. Vizsla conspired with Mandalorian Senator Tal Merrik to capture Kryze during her journey to Coruscant, where she intended to plead her case directly to the Galactic Senate, but Merrik was defeated before he could complete his assignment. Amassing an army of Death Watch troops on Concordia in preparation to take over Mandalore, Vizsla was forced to wait until his and Dooku's plot to turn Mandalore against the Republic was completed. Vizsla dispatched a Death Watch assassin to Coruscant to kill Kryze, as her death would remove the opposition to the Senate's upcoming vote to have Republic troops occupy Mandalore—an occupation which would allow the Death Watch to gain the support of Mandalore populace and "liberate" them from the Republic. However, the assassin failed to murder Kryze, and the plot itself fell through, with the Senate voting against occupying Mandalore. With this turn of events, Vizsla was forced to postpone his attack on Mandalore, as his forces would be unable to hold the planet without its people's support. At some point, Vizsla and his soldiers came accross an escape pod lost in deep space which held the stranded Sith Lords Darth Maul and his brother Savage Opress. Harboring a common hatred of Obi-Wan Kenobi for his actions against them, they planned on having their revenge after their planned conquest of Mandalore. Gathering an army of criminals including the Hutts, the Pykes, and the Black Sun, Vizsla and Maul attacked Sundari, allowing Death Watch to act as heroes to a desperate population after the Duchess's forces failed to stop the criminals. With the support of the Mandalorian people, Vizsla ousted Satine and appointed himself Prime Minister and claimed the ancient title of Mand'alor. He also betrayed his Sith allies who were imprisoned but who managed to escape. Maul challenged Vizsla to a duel to determine the true ruler of the Mandalorians. After a long and difficult duel, Maul defeated Vizsla and executed him for his failures, before claiming his position as leader of the Death Watch.
  18. I can skin him, but I can't put those horns on his helmet, or whatever they are. And I can't replicate the jetpack. :/ It'd be easier to do a "Phase 1" version of Vizsla from Season 2, but I'll give a reskin-try on S5 Vizsla if you want
  19. I ****ing wish! What's your MB2 clan? I'd like to be in a video...
  20. The base JKA version looked better... Unless you use Will of the Force pack in MB2 like me
  21. Hear, hear.
  22. I meant, did you use the other skin as the concept for your idea? But anyway, GJ
  23. Beautiful head.
  24. The black circle in the middle where the red Sith emblem is placed with the Mandalorian logo is part of the Black Sun symbol, FYI.
