  1. As of lately, I've developed a fondness for Savage and began writing a novel on his story. And, well, I got inspired to create a book cover.
  2. Good realistic Opress reference if anyone's up for it. EDIT: These are all good. http://www.actionfigurefury.com/sideshow-collectibles-savage-opress-premium-format-figure/
  3. JA+, LugorMod and MakerMod can scale. XD. And NPC scales too...
  4. Forgive my fanboyism. Savage is considerably taller, larger, and superior in muscularity. His horns are longer, his head is not as round, his nose is shaped considerably differently. His cheekbones extend more. Even before being mutated, he was taller than Anakin or Mace. Maul is shorter, smaller, less muscular. His horns are short, his head is rounder, and his nose is more narrow. His cheeks are kind of sunken--if that's the right word. And he's almost as short as Ahsoka. Savage's tattoos sort of remind me of a Mexican bullfighter--not sure why. Moreso, a gladiator of some sort. More dominating. Maul's tattoos seem a bit more satanic, and they're more intimidating I assume.
  5. Am I misreading things, or does this mean something? ;0
  6. Thank you. And if you could ever volunteer your services for a realtime Savage Opress that isn't glitchily ported @@Psyk0Sith, it would be a real cookie.
  7. And thus my plans have been brought to fruition. My thanks, Mr. Wonko.
  8. Edit: I am using Blender 2.69.
  9. Is there anything either Dementous or myself can do to motivate the initiation of this project? @@Psyk0Sith
  10. Everybody stay posted for that problem at
  11. Greetings. My associate DarthDementous and I have been attempting to experiment with .glms in Blender, but we have both encountered errors not too different. I'm going to exhibit these issues and trust that the members of the JKHub community can assist us. DarthDementous's Error Quote: "Whenever I try and load a .glm file after installing MrWonko's plugin, I get the error No .gla file found even though I am not importing a .gla file. I am importing a .GLM FILE. My Error I face a dilemma similar to Dementous's―however, it seems even more likely to be rendered unresolveable. I have tirelessly read the following .pdf entry plenty times: Now, I have undeniably installed Mr. Wonko's Blender Plugin as instructed and there is nothing I haven't enabled, nor anything I have disabled. Whenever I open a .glm, I get no pop-ups or errors. It simply doesn't appear at all. @@mrwonko, please do take the time to present a solution. Perhaps your plugin could use an update to fix these bugs. If anyone has experienced the same error and fixed it, please do post your solution here. EDIT: Also, we are both using Blender version 2.64.
  12. I'd love if you could establish a line to these. Thanks.
  13. I request that someone private-messages me the means to correctly used the .glm importer/exporter for Blender.

Wonkos full plugin suite comes with very detailed instructions. I followed it and it works perfect for me. Have you found the manual for it?

  14. Perhaps, but as you yourself stated, the project was discontinued--hence the term, give up. Anyways, were someone to take up a project such as this, this is a more than sufficeable reference picture for a real-time interpretation of TCW-era Darth Maul:
  15. Very disappointing that you would give up on such a closely sculpted character... for shame.
  16. You should distribute what of it was done so others can improve on it.
  17. This part of the unforeseen video that revealed the cancelled project should elaborate on Opress's alternate design as well: http://youtu.be/oxlOoS4NmIA?t=34s
  18. I support this idea closely. I would also instigate the realtime interpretation of the Clone Wars models of the two Opress brothers... perhaps Maulkiller as well, but he isn't of absolute necessity. I express a preference for these kinds of rare presentations and proposals, if I do say so myself.

Not a big loss, considering this looks like it plays like TFU, which was atrociously boring by JKA standards.

  19. The glowing effects on the Shadow Trooper don't translate very well with QEffectsPro, which provides better fps than the use of dynamic glow.
  20. You know, I might try my hand at refitting these textures onto the Vode An model.
  21. Actually, I am interested in modeling. But this is just the ported Republic Commando model. You're right, it is hell.
