  2. JKG has nothing to do with anything. We just been playin, bro. Anything you do with your server to cause breakage is not directly affiliated with us.
  3. or better yet, spawnflags 2 How would it not though? Trying to make such a shape out of a single brush would be impossible (and using two objects in Blender or Max or whatever would work)
  4. It's definitely closer though. I didn't even notice the ears were messed up until mini said something, but the cheeks do need some work. I'm no pro at modelling (all I ever modelled was a crappy gun made out of cylinders in Max lol), but I think that you shouldn't need to redo this one though like the last one.

  8. I'm interested in how possible it would be to add some new bones or some such to this rig. Even if the models need re-rigged, I think that can be arranged (or I can learn how to rig models, since animation is one of the key places I'd like to focus on)
  9. The .menu file is a pseudo .menu. The game just references objects out of it for the purpose of positioning and whatnot. So, no. :X
  10. I think minilogoguy18 sums it up pretty well. Dragon is okay at what it does (if that), but a fully fledged animation tool like Softimage XSI would be crucial in getting animations off the ground. While a JK2 skeleton exists, there is no known skeleton for JA.
  11. This head is turning out pretty decent. I'd do something about the back of the head though.

  16. Very nice! I assume you'll be able to export to .xsi and run it through Carcass just like before?
  17. It wasn't so much their jampded.exe as their server setup being a fail completely. The server won't even start up.
  18. Hypernia is running a little bit of a shady operation. They tried to host us (JKG) a server with a faulty jampded.exe, and won't give us a refund. u_u
  19. In layman's terms, you're replacing bits and pieces of the core with code that you've written yourself. Usually whole functions, etc.
  20. The download servers are still under a high level of stress. We're working diligently to get them move over to a JKHub setup which will be more stable.
  21. Thank ye, @@minilogoguy18. I'll have to check this later when i'm not OMGSWAMPED with JKG.
  22. JKG should be a lot more smoother in a week or so. Try it out a month from now or so and see if the buggy release matters then!
