This is a new version of my Naboo Plaza map but now completely decked out for Christmas! Complete with trees, lights, snow, and a very devious snowman. There is a day and a night (eve) version.
I had this planned years ago when I made Naboo Plaza, but I didn't even get to finish that map in it's original form so I never got around to doing this, but I figured it would be fun to do for the JKHub contest.
This is a very small map, best for small groups in FFA, for dueling on the platform, or if you grab the snowball thermal detonator replacement mod, you can have a really fun snowball fight! Links below.
You can activate the duel platform with the switch on the balcony that faces that main entrance. It toggles, so you can restore the fountain and tree when you're done with the platform.
There's also a little secret. The snowman is not all as he seems... would be a shame if you destroyed him...

I don't consider this map truly in a finished state. The brushwork is still very barebones but I ran out of time to get this out by Christmas, so I call it good enough. I hope to revisit it and polish it up and maybe even make a longer ladder level out of the snowman secret.

Snow brushes are a bit blocky and you can get caught on them as you run over them, but nothing major.
The ice in the fountain raises slower than the fountain when returning.
Snow falls inside the igloo and under roofs
You may not be able to run this on vanilla JKA (jamp) due to my 2K texture but I honestly didn't check. Use OpenJK, y'all.

WINNER of the HOLIDAY MOD CONTEST 2022
This is a short and sweet level I put together for the holiday contest this year. Just unzip the folder and place the contents in the Gamedata folder. You can then use the included .bat file to load the mod on both Steam and disc versions.
Kyle has decided to take a quick break from the festivities, but it isn't as relaxing as he'd hoped.
Known Bugs: Sometimes Rosh and Jaden are stubborn and don't bow out properly, but the cutscene should still trigger once both are dealt with. 🙂

This is a combination of the original model ported from KOTOR, mixed with parts from the default human female model in Jedi Academy. I also gave the textures a pretty hefty touch-up. They are much better quality now.
Use Plasma's lightsaber hilt collection mod for Bastila's saber to work properly with her NPC or use 'saber saber_bastila' in SP or 'saber1 saber_bastila' in MP

Dear Circa,
thank you for giving the Star Wars Community the opportunity to show some love for this
great Game and for a great Website in jkhub.org.
I had a blast creating this Banner for the Website and some more seasonal Variations.
As you're browsing my files you can see that i also put in example Images which show how the
Banner would look on the front-end of the Website. I thought it would help you envision it.
I am just happy to be apart of this because i played Jedi Academy since i was 6 and i'm pretty
old now 😛 (23 Years old). But anyway, if i can make it as a winner im open to any request for
more versions of seasonal events or holidays, just tell me and i can do something for you!

This is a very simple mod that replaces the default crosshair in Jedi Academy or Outcast with all but a simple dot. This is common in a lot of games, to simplify a third person or first person experience. I felt like the default crosshairs were created more for guns, and when you play mostly just using a saber (on MP), it's nice to get the bulky crosshair out of the way and keep it simple.
This replaces the default crosshair (cg_drawcrosshair 1) - you can use the others just fine if you like to switch between them, 2 is similar to original 1
/cg_drawcrosshair 1 Don't forget you can play with the size of the dot with cg_crosshairSize.

Map made by Gnost (all the games + teleports + functional parts of the map + lights) and Perso (main hall + trims + more lights)
This is a map based on Squid Game TV series but some games have a twist and it works perfectly to host a multiplayer event.
Original idea by JoF community.
You can use it to host an event like below. Please contact me if you have any doubt.
Welcome chosen ones.
In this event you will have to put yourself to the test in order to survive each game.
Completing a game will let you proceed towards the next game(s).
Death means elimination from the game(s).
Surviving is the key.
(When you die you will be put into spectator mode)
When the players arrived on the map they will gather up on the main hall as the host will give an explanation about the event.
After the explanation they will continue and head towards the games.
MAIN HALL
You can find the order of the games below.
GAME NUMBER ONE
On the start of the first game each player should start by preparing themselves by making a horizontal line as everyone is standing next to each other.
The objective is to get to the other side of the map without dying.
The player can move if the doll says "Green Light" and stop when it says "Red Light".
If a player moves when the doll is watching you will be eliminated or if the player does not cross the finish line within time limit, they will automatically get shot and eliminated from the game.
- No jumping
*For this game there is an admin room at the top of the main hall where the host should deactivate damage (green/yellow/red buttons) and activate it again (danger button) while playing*
GAME NUMBER TWO
The second game involves players attempting to cross two parallel bridges by jumping across tempered glass panels while avoiding weaker panes of regular glass.
Those who land on a regular glass panel break through the pane and fall to their deaths from a high place, resulting in their elimination from the game.
- Not any kind of attack is allowed.
- No platform skipping.
- Form a line and wait for your turn as you will be called out.
GAME NUMBER THREE
In this third game of the event you will be seperated into two teams.
Each team will enter a room that is mirrored as you can see the other team as well.
their objective is to climb this map as a team with some hard obstacles to overcome.
The first team that reaches the top wins and can press a button which will fill the other team's room with lava and kills everyone.
- Not any kind of attack is allowed even on teammates.
- Be a teamplayer and give the ones who aren't good a helping hand.
GAME NUMBER FOUR
The objective in the fourth game is to throw your saber towards the board three times.
The ones with the minimum score that is required will pass on to the grand finale (60 points for example).
The ones who fall below the minimum score will be elimintated.
In order to know where the person's saber is going you can check it on the live screen as it will show you where it will land.
''Be sure to turn off the saber when you think it's near your target on the board''
- Not any kind of attack is allowed on the other participants.
- Saber Throw is allowed towards the board
GAME NUMBER FIVE
In the finale game of the Event the remaining players only have one task left.
TaunTaun Ice LMS
Last man Standing while riding a TaunTaun
Each player will have to mount a TaunTaun and wait for the start signal.
Once the game starts their objective is to kill the other ones with their saber and be the last remaining participant.

CID liked a file by Circa, The Ladder - Jedi Academy Version
The Ladder level is a Single Player map that features a "wave" system. After killing the first enemy, two appear. Then 3. Then 2 and a boss. So on and so on.
The original Ladder level by JediNight (Mike Gummelt, original Raven dev) that was made for Jedi Outcast.
I take no credit for any of this idea, map, or scripts. I merely included the necessary textures and files needed from Jedi Outcast and a few other fixes to make it more compatible with Jedi Academy.
Installation ad usage: put PK3 file in the Jedi Acadmy/Gamedata/base folder, and in the game, open the console with SHIFT + ~ and type /map ladder

One thing I noticed was that there were no hilt packs on JKHub. There were a bunch on JK3Files, but none were uploaded here. I figured I should combine the best ones.
This mod's goal is to bring together the best lightsaber hilts that have been made for JK2 and JA and make them easily accessible in the SP menu and in the game in general. I take no credit for any of these models or skins, although I did tweak a couple of them a bit.

This mod gives you the freedom of changing your player character and lightsaber anytime in single player. I've added dual and staff. I've added red saber color.
Open up the console and type:
bind o uimenu ingamecharactermenu
Replace "o" with the key you want to press to bring the menu up. I made mine O just as an example.
Of course there are some issues, like rocking the staff saber and single saber together to make a dual stance. It screws up the animations.

This mod fixes the broken water wake shader in multiplayer, when the player or NPC is standing in water. Normally the shader works in vanilla SP but not in MP, but this will make it work in both. A GIF and video are included to show the difference. Before it was just a static image which looked quite bad.
I actually made this back in 2016 but completely forgot to release it.
The file has to be loaded first, even before the assets, so do not rename it. This is why it has a 0 in the name. In addition, the shader itself can't be renamed either.

This is a reskin of DT85's Luke model to make it look like Luke from Return of the Jedi. This comes with the flap and non-flap version. The textures themselves were made by Graphicsgod from an old JK2 skin that I really liked, so I used them for my base, and reworked them a bit. Turned out alright. It comes with a hilt made by Khaliban.
There are 2 files in the ZIP. One is just the skin and saber with full MP support. The other is the skin with MP support and it replaces the default Luke in the game with this one. So if you hate the default Luke model as much as I do, that one's for you.
This also comes with brand new sounds taken straight from the official Star Wars sound board. I didn't replace every single one. Most of the grunts and stuff are still the same as the default Luke, but I added a bunch of taunts, gloats, and more from the movies.
Also, a high quality lightsaber activate sound to match the hilt to the one in ROTJ. No background noise!
I wasn't planning on releasing this on it's own since there's already Toshi's Luke model that's pretty much perfect (save for the hair).
It has team and NPC support:

This is a reskin of the default JA Rodian model to make it look like Greedo from A New Hope. It's a simple reskin really. The model is already based off of Greedo, they only changed some minor things like colors. I couldn't change the shoes, as those are the main inaccuracy, but this is pretty close without remodeling.
I included an enemy NPC as well.

I don't think there are any Greedo skins (none that I could find), most people use the default JA model for that, so I figured I would whip one up that made it a little more accurate.
