  1. Yeah, I was wanting to do the effects as well, that would be awesome. They can be hard to reach. I'm not sure if it would be fine to just release it and give them credit or not. I hate these gray area credit wars.
  2. Okay, so just to clarify, this is the DC-15s blaster pistol. I had to do some research on Wookiepedia. The DC-17 is a different pistol as seen in the Clone Wars TV show. They named the model wrong in MBII, so that's confusing. Here it is, complete with the HUD icons and shader for the glowing panel on the gun. https://dl.dropbox.com/s/y5k8dvftulvkklh/DC-15s.pk3
  3. I shall summon the one and only @@therfiles, the scripting guru.
  4. I can't, I use the Mac App Store version of JA. Sorry! I got it to work! I figured it would be the "blaster_pistol_hand.md3" since it was the one that was missing. So I tried a whole bunch of different ones from different folders and went to the republic cruiser level folder from MBII and saw it had 2 clone gun folders so I copied the hand md3 from there and renamed it to blaster_pistol_hand and it works perfectly! So I can put this together with icons and shaders in a pk3 if you want it. @@Botdra
  5. I don't think the issue is even that it needs to be rotated. I'm trying to figure out how they did it in MBII. They had to have a first person model of it right? It has a HUD icon and everything so we know it is a playable weapon.
  6. I totally forgot the rest of you don't have widescreen. Aspyr added that option with their new Mac version. That would be a much desired patch.
  7. Got it to replace the third person plaster pistol. I got the shader for the glow as well. The first person view does not work though. Not sure how to fix it. I guess I should have picked a lighter map...sorry about that...
  8. All you need to do is rename the files to those of the blaster. Do you want it to replace the blaster rifle or the blaster pistol?
  9. I opened it in ModView, not MD3View, if that's the issue.
  10. Oh you're right! The textures loaded for me. This one looks great but the textures could use some work definitely.
  11. Try to replace the blaster_pistol and try it ingame.
  12. I've had a PSD that was over 300 MB. It was a huge project working with RAW images. Those can be pretty large.
  13. That looks pretty cool. Not sure I understand your last thought though.
  14. As far as my request goes, it doesn't have to be amazing. But you do what you want. It looks amazing so far!
  15. Sure enough! It is! But I can't open it in ModView or MD3View.
  16. He said he might need someone else to do the textures. Feel free as long as he still needs it.
  17. It's quite alright! Feel free to take a look at some tutorials and maybe you could learn how to model!
  18. 1. That is quite frowned upon in any community. 2. That won't really help get your request fulfilled. I honestly don't think anyone will be doing these unless they randomly have no other WIP's. Sorry.
  19. 128 should work. The music in my mod was all 128. I believe that's what the original music is.

    Hey

    Welcome to the Hub!
  21. Getting something close to that probably would suffice. It's a small screen and a short cinematic.
  22. You have to make sure you put the end tags on image link. I get that error when I forgot to close the tag with a ]
