Well it's probably an issue with your graphics card or something, like stated above. Some of the newer ones don't work well with vanilla JKA. That's kind of the point of OpenJK. why not just use that? Tons of bug fixes that you'd benefit from anyway.

I think it may be sound/effects/metal_bounce2.mp3 played over and over again.

It's a check box when you go to save your JPEG in GIMP or Photoshop. Just uncheck it.

You can't say much about that since we don't know the plot yet. Rumors don't count. If a title has to allude to the plot, you can't really give what you think it should be instead of the official one until you know the plot.

Mac version opens successfully and I opened a model, but surfed off parts of models aren't actually hidden. Not sure if that's something you have yet to get to or not. Excellent work so far though!
