Well, if you can find the npc's script_targetname, you'd only need to change one script per map. But yeah, a little too much work. Coding is prolly the only way.

Must be a way to do it. Coding of course, is the obvious answer but what one exactly, right? Perhaps, since an NPC spawn can be randomized, a bit of that can be spliced into randomizing also, the parts? Just a thought, I could be, and probably am horribly wrong..!

Textures don't show, sketchfab is better for showing models.

I really hate making hills in Radiant, so usually I use outside programs for that. Making something in 3dsMax is also possible, you simply add them as md3 into the map, and make them solid (via solid brushes or preferences).

You can only do so much without having to touch radiant. In the end, you need to know how to use radiant, whether your level is 90% models or all brushwork.

Just don't expect it to replace 3ds max, it only really does poly modeling and sculpting.
