Why would you want to suppress errors?  If you're getting errors they're happening for a reason.  And what kind of errors are you talking about like vm_failed crash ones or something more minor like ghoul2 issues.

You can try with cl_noprint 1, that will stop every message from being displayed in the console and subsequently out of it.

No, because it's more along the lines of Couldn't find shader for: custom npc, Ashura's Lightsaber etc That stuff.

I'd prefer it was permanent.

You have to use "set" command in the config file.

Like "set con_notifytime -1".

Add it to the Jaconfig not to autoexec. Sometimes it doesnt work for some reason (by make a copied version of Jaconfig)

You don't even need to add it to jaconfig, you can just use /seta to any cvar and it will do it for you.

For instance,

 

seta cl_noprint 1
