I was just thinking on this idea, but it might be better if you give it a try, since I will more likely make another "horror-ish" frankie

Just use 'Edit Mode' in Blender, make sure you're in Face Select mode and by selectively editing certain parts of the model you can create a decent enough feminine form. It won't match up 100% compared to a fresh model created with Leia's exact proportions in mind, but in this particular case you can use the fact that Leia is wearing a jacket over most of her torso to your advantage.

 

Practice makes perfect.

That maskless/helmetless Kylo Ren looks incredible! The helmet definitely makes him look more menacing, though. Can we get these mods as an "over-write" too?

Attempt for Rey of Jakku & Rey as Jedi (based on action figure), but sadly i can't use it since it's using Toshi's Padme head and a Google image of Rey's actress (Daisy), but she looks a lot like Padme in this one particular texture

Face looks kind of deformed. Maybe wait until someone can make a mesh of her? I also started working on a Rey skin using Toshi's Padme:

 

 

It looks too similar to Padme though, and it's because the shape of the face is made to fit Padme's not Reys.

Answer: basic JKA human female. Toshi's Padme head, Google for the most natural face of Daisy i could find out of SW shootings. Some desert textures and Jan's belt.
