Prototype Boba Fett

So I know I requested this a while back and I'm sure some of you have as well, I finally decided to take on this project myself and thought I would share with you guys what I have so far. :)

Ugh, that base mesh look ugly. 

Do I spot sarcasm there?

To me this looks a lot like it's just your boba with your supplied Ambient Occlusion bakes as the diffuse textures.

allthoguh they may have been slightly modified.

I have mine laying around somewhere still if you want to work off it. I will have to change it's skeleton back to base because I have a custom one atm but if you want you can use it as a base. Need to knock the polycount down a bit to now that I think I know how to do it with out messing it up.

I was just trying out with what was available to use at the time with some small edits, but I do plan on doing more editing to make it more accurate.

Were those screenshots in JKA or another game? I thought that Boba looked damn good and I'm also digging the gun stance too!

Yeah it's jka. that's my modified version of corto's boba fett .  it's a idle animation that has him slowly scanning the area. made a bunch of animations which is why it has a separate skeleton. 

Could you send me that Fett? :)

@ Yeah I just have to change the skeleton and stuff unless you want that also.

You will likely need openjk to use it or a derivative like jaenhanced due to its polycount. 

 

@@JAWSFreelao I made it myself. Both the ee-3 blasters in the photo are made by me.

to use: type playermodel prototype in the console.
does not use standard _humanoid animations but It's own file, which is a wip. 

feel free to edit this as you see fit.

Please credit Corto for the original model if you release anything.

doing the crouch_rolls will look funny.

The cape moves with some animations and the custom idles animations are set up already.

Do not edit the model in blender etc., unless you know how to change the basepath of the _humanoid to the appropriate file. If you have any questions feel free to ask.  Enjoy!

Did you do all those animations yourself? If so, allow me to say that's very impressive and I do wonder what the purpose of some of them are. Now I'm hyped for your boba fett mod.

Some of them I made for cutscenes and some are made for when I eventually get someone to code. I might make a fraps video of some of my stuff and upload it to youtube but I have bad internet so that would take awhile

Nice work there and congrats on your first steps. Hope that you will continue to improve in time.

Love the animations, they are really cool, even with "backhand" Lightsabers.

Got to be clear here, I used star wars galaxies animations here  as a bases for some of the poses I made and they are not mine,Frame 23523 up are mine.
I should of been clearer and I don't want to claim others work as my own. I apologise for that. Any way this has derailed poor IG-100's thread so if you have any more questions or comments pm me :)
