  1. I'm not too worried about the color really. When that game was out people's tvs could have different settings so some people will think "more green" and others will think "less green". So far I think it looks just fine.
  2. I'm getting a PS4 latter (not a XBox hater) but I saw that Dead Rising 3 had a Mega Man X model that has a working buster. I'm really hoping that game comes to the pc. I'm a sucker for Mega Man. The trailer reveal for that looked better than the 3d Mega Man games to me.
  3. I have a couple of sabers I wouldn't mind seeing in JA. I'll take some pics and get them posted after the thanksgiving holiday. I mean as a request. Not as some to contribute.
  4. The body looks good. I'd consider looking at his forearms. They look a little slim to me. The biceps/triceps may be a little lean too. I say may because I'm 50/50 on that. Like I said some pages ago: if in doubt I'd load up a base JA model like Kyle or Jaden HM and compare to that. I say those two because Kyle has a lean and fit body while Jaden HM seems to have some more mass in his torso and arms. If you want a really fit body then I'd say use Graves Snake v5 (I think). It has the most realistic and beefiest body I've seen.
  5. Waaaaay back I was thinking about a dual axes special animation. The one where Kain spins around like a blender from the first game. If you are using anything from the first game I'll make that for you. You can also hit me up about stances for the Reaver sword or other characters.
  6. I've only used Dragon, but I'll switch programs whenever I get a new pc and internet connection. Dragon is fine for simple animations like stances and stuff. It can do things like saber styles since that's what I used, but the other programs are going to do it much faster and easier.
  7. A fun thing to do is make different config files with different character binds. For instance I have a 'Luke' config that has the arrow keys bound to four different Lukes. So I can press up and get Luke with a tunic, cape, and hood up. Down will be a tunic, cape, and hood down. Right is just tunic and left is RotJ outfit. Adds some fun rp to the sp game.
  8. I really like the grenade button idea and the weapons hitting harder. I'm not sure about changing the saber comabat to JKG's style. I've never heard about what that is so it may be great. I would be for the idea of adding it and allowing the player to switch between the two via console or as a seperate mod. I've always wanted faster projectiles for guns. They always seemed slow.
  9. Like this version. Did you lighten the skin when you put it on the body or is that two programs having different lighting?

    Last time I tried it it would crash/quit to desktop when it was loading a map. I typically used the Bespin map to test models and skins before deciding to make a npc for use in sp. I don't have any mp specific mods installed (code or maps). I could probably do a reinstall, but I don't want to lose any mods in the process.

    Unfortunetly my laptop hasn't been able to run mp for ~5 years. One day it did, and the next time I tried it it didn't.

    The cg_saberTrail 0-1 and cg_hudFiles 1 from mp. What would those commands do in sp? Is the saber trail code the same as the one in the .sab files? Would the hud files allow us to only have the numbers and no bars?

  16. For that just turn your saber bind to look like: bind f5 "saber kyle; setsaberstyle medium; addsaberstyle fast; addsaberstyle strong" Saber styles are: fast, medium, strong, tavion, and desann.

  18. That's a pretty cool idea. If it only works for 1st person then very cool.
  19. So I'm going to say Makashi has won the poll! I'm going to redo the stance to put the left arm on the hip since I brain farted when I put the arm behind the back. That would cause clipping with pretty much every animation in JA.
  20. Last weekend dl'd the game Castlevania Mirror of Fate for the ps3. So glad I didn't have to get a 3ds for this. It started slow but is getting better. The plot twist is so predictable.

  22. Well I wouldn't make one for JO. Once OJK is up it will allow us to use JA to run JO. So that's something to look forward to.
  23. I know the definitions of the saber forms. They are more a mentality to me then a set of animations. I think it is possible to use all 7 of the forms in base JO and JA, and that the player does so over the course of the playthrough.
