    Is it possible to export JKA animations to .fbx?

      If blender has a FBX exporter then you can do it that way. You could also use the source dotXSI files, import them into Softimage or 3DS Max and export to FBX.

    I think you should really use jaMME instead of recording a gameplay with subtitles. Right now it isn't inviting to watch it at all. Honestly, it can be a good story, but I cannot watch it for the heck of me, because it does not seem like a movie/machinima at all. With jaMME you can do really crazy shots. Good luck!
