  1. Just having a Chagrian head on Jedi Robes like you've done with Ongree would be amazing in itself, thanks for considering the request. I look forward to these two other mystery species as well. I'm sure they'll be great.
  2. Yeah, it seems that what works in Modview has to be done slightly differently to achieve the same effect in-game. Shouldn't take too long to figure out.
  3. Ah, no I know what the problem there is. I've overlooked something and will try to fix it. In a nutshell, Rex's helmet is actually made up of two meshes - the Phase 2 helmet, and the Mandalorian helmet with the antenna, that is textured in such a way that everything except said antenna is invisible. This gives the appearance of the antenna being attached to the Phase 2 helmet without having to actually model it on. It's all done with .skin file/texturing trickery. I think I just need to use a shader file or something. I'll look into it - thanks for testing it out Circa!
  4. Thanks, but if it works fine for Circa I'll just go ahead and upload the Rex skin to the Hub so it should be up fairly quickly anyway for you
  5. I have a pack of 501st clones more or less ready to go, but would like to trial the Phase 2 Captain Rex to make sure I've got the icons/sounds/etc working in-game first. Is there a volunteer to whom I could PM to see if it works or not? I haven't included team, bot or NPC support at the moment - would just like to make sure I've got the basics working first.
  6. Out of curiosity @@Psyk0Sith, is Pablo Jill a 'one last hurrah' comeback for you or do you have plans to bring any other characters that missed their shot in JKA's golden age to the game? Not that I have a particular bias or anything...
  7. I would be happy to do it for you, but I'm still learning the game of rigging models and getting them into JKA I'm afraid. When @@minilogoguy18 has the time spare to finish his tutorial series on that I'm sure there will be a fair few folks who will have the know-how to help you out with it. Fair warning, it could be a bit of a wait though, since with the holiday season in full swing folks are going to have less and less free time until the new year.
  8. Antar 4 was way back in Volume Two so I had to do some digging to find what map it was, but here you go folks: http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/Sniper_Oasis;115441 High praise indeed! Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it.
  9. No. I'm too hipster for that. Ugh, I feel dirty even joking about being a hipster...
  10. 'Quote For Truth'. The hipster Internet way of saying, "I say good chap, I agree with your point most heartily."
  11. ^ Above issue is now uploaded at the link in my sig.
  12. Tip: Make the sub-sections viewable to guests. Most people like to lurk before they sign up for a new forum, and being told they have to register just to view a site before they join it can put a lot of people off.
  13. Awesome work. Very nice getting a hooded variant in there as well.
  14. This was the very first reply in this thread, and evidently I need to eat my words. This is a fun mod that goes beyond the simple 'model replacement' prequel conversions I've seen in the past. I love the little touches like mixing in the 'adjusting' noise from Wat Tambor's mask into his voice modulation, manipulating the VA to make Jaden say 'Jango' instead of 'Boba' Fett, etc. I look forward to any future versions you release.
  15. Have added a few new issues to Volume Three since I last posted (new link in my signature) and I hope to have the finale issue uploaded by the end of the weekend, or next week at the latest. Here's the cover:

  17. Trying to rip sound files from the Ongree in SWTOR is proving a much harder challenge than I thought. It's almost as if they don't want people using their assets or something! That said, I was going through the vanilla JKA sounds to see if there was anything that might work and I found that the sound files for the Gran sound very similar to the Ongree. For reference; http://youtu.be/fFiljQVUUDI?t=12m33s
  18. Very very few modders ever set themselves a specific date - even getting a rough estimate is rare enough, because modding takes more than just ability. It takes time, and the motivation to dedicate hours upon hours of work. Sometimes the inspiration is there and a modder will plow through 20% of their workload in a week. Other times RL and a general lack of 'feeling it' means a modder might only advance 1% in four weeks. It's impossible to predict.
  19. You'll have a download from me if you do
  20. Nice little reskin. Some of the changes are very subtle, but it really helps soften that slightly 'blank, uncanny-valley' style expression on the original model.
