      I rent 1 room out to a good friend so it's not that lonely and my ex got too lazy to keep around despite the good cooking. I make all my own meals, massive money saver.

      Many other people are using 10 without issue. Sounds like a hardware issue based on his thread. He's playing on a Mac.

      It's funny, I got everything BUT the RJ45 crimper and punch down tool lol. All the parts but no tools to terminate cable ends. Hopefully they come tomorrow so I can do this sunday.

      All in all it came out a little over $200, the cable is cheap, CAT6 is only $50 for 1000ft. I'm going to wire it all myself.

      Bek, it wasn't bad at all, everything was new minus the 24 port TP Link network switch which was "like new" in an eBay auction for $15
