@ChaoticConundrum I switched to to Blender 2.64. I got past this error, and made the frankenstein. http://i.imgur.com/APwhiUN.png Though when I export it, and load up the model in modview, I get a normal StormPilot but this one has really low quality in the polys. http://i.imgur.com/V7mniuc.png

Are there any guides on frankensteining models with blender? I have no modeling experience, but I have a few cool ideas to test out in blender. Any help would be great.

Hello guys, I am looking for a guide of making a skin from scratch with Gimp 2.8. I was also wondering, is it possible to get a skin off of one model, onto another? For example this skin: http://jkhub.org/files/file/2110-rex-vs-termirex/ It borrows from a episode 2 obi wan model. I was Gimp 2.8 for those wondering.

Ever since I played Jedi Outcast, I laughed at Desann and could never take him seriously. This was a shame because he was saupose to be a threat (Beating the crap out of kyle with a flick of his wrist). I decided to put together a skin which makes Desann hopefully look more threatening. This is my second released skin so do not take its quality too seriously. For those wondering, it is a compilation of multiple skins, though I have altered all of them. -

Yes I do, though sadly I know of no way around it. You just need to live with it as this issue I do not think, has a fix. -

Hello ladies and gentlemen this here is my first skin...ever. After lots of frustrating attempts I finally got to release my primitive skin. The skin is like I said VERY simple, just basically made Mandalorians Jango Fett model darker, to look like a black mandalorian which was the goal of this test project. It was somewhat based off of my old character in Star Wars Galaxies, prior to its shut down. Enjoy! Bot Support: Nah NPC support: Aye Color Support: Nah SP customization: Nah- 13 comments

After some toying around, I exported certain skin files through gimp, which gave me the option to remove progression. This fixed the issue.

I found the progression box, now I gotta try to apply this to all the skin files, I will post the outcome in a moment.

@@Circa Would you possibly know how to change a jpeg from JPEG progressive to standard jpeg? this may fix my issue.

Hey guys I made a skin with gimp by overwriting the original files, with the new ones. The skin shows up in multiplayer no issue, and also shows up in Modview, again with no problems, but when I make a NPC of it, and spawn it in SP the game crashes with an error. @@Rooxon The TFU lag issues are just compatiblity issues, the port was very poor so you can only get 40-60 fps on the pc version and console version of TFU.
