Are...are you serious? I use it as a workspace, but when I'm done, I move the files to the proper folders. Can't stand when people keep all their files on the desktop. That's what the hard drive folders are for.

It's probably their machine. Some computers play videos smoother than others. I don't really know what's going on here.

All free ones suck for the most part. iMovie is probably the best free one, but is only on Mac. If you're just making a simple video with music, Windows Movie Maker works fine, if that even still exists in Windows 7/8.

Right, and we definitely administer punishment where it's due, which isn't always noticeable to others, like warnings and suspensions or even bans. Like MoonDog's situation. Revian plagiarized, so we removed his file and gave him 2 warning (a feature of IPB, 3 warnings = a suspension). I don't think that was really flat-out ban worthy, since we also removed the file and can monitor his future submissions closer now. And yes, by IP, username, email, everything. He manages to still slip in over and over.

It's all up to you. If it's your first run through JA SP, just do it with no mods. I recommend cosmetic mods that improve the look of things. And then you could try my prequel conversion mod. It's pretty fun.

I ban him as soon as I discover it's him, trust me. He's attempted to register over 100 times (no joke). I usually catch him before he posts but sometimes I'm not online when it happens. As far as MoonDog's issue goes, we try to deal with things without over moderating. We took down the file in question and gave the offender a warning. We can't just go around swinging the ban hammer every time someone does something wrong. That's what I hated about FileFront. Also, we try to keep bans and suspensions quiet when they do happen. So most of them people don't even know about.

See your other points. This is to gauge the interest in such a thing, to see what people think. This is in no way "officially" announcing a server, but asking if it's worth it. We've been interested in it from the beginning.

An addition to the news post. There has been lots of talk lately and in the past about an official JKHub server. We have toyed with the idea for awhile now as staff, and would like to pursue it further. Do you think it would be feasible? Moderation would be a large issue. Of course the current staff will have top admin positions, but we would need some other admins that would be more active in-game and can fulfill the role of a server admin. The other issue would be expenses. We'd need to raise more money through your donations if this were to be done. Are you okay with that? Would you donate towards a server? Let us know in more detail below.
