    You probably won't be able to buy a "decent" laptop for $400 Even if you do, it'll just blow up in a couple of months. But I don't know how the prices are in Norway. Go check some local computer shop and narrow down what you want then post it here.

    I didn't 'game' much when I was a kid and had only a handful of games, @@OmegaSigma. I'm lucky I even got Super Mario. Not really sure what kind of console I had either. It used cartridges so probably NES or some weird Chinese copy of it.

    Well most of the times it's just x.0.0.0 - x.255.255.255 but there are cases of x.x.0.0 - x.x.255.255 and such.

    I think whatsmyip.org offered some feature that told you the range of an IP. He probably has like 2 or 3. Just wait for him to connect with the new one and ban that one too until he runs out of ranges. I personally have 6. (You could always use a mod that supports hostname banning )
