  1. Added game launcher on startup.
  2. Added seekbar for demos to navigate much easier in them. It appears on pause only.
  3. Added typing control and a new console mode - fullscreen.

  13. @Sentra, it had some problems with displaying the font, and I was lazy to debug it since it was experimental, so you have to adjust it: https://github.com/entdark/jk2mp/commit/87631b31dd2c8ae7722631be98293d31358f6c1b But maybe you are that lucky and there won't be problems for you.
