Omicron Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Could you link the qui-gon model you used before you did the alterations to it?
Barricade24 Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Did you attempt to contact the MBII team with regards to the Qui-Gon head?
Śăļvõö Posted December 31, 2014 Author Posted December 31, 2014 The head is from the Kualan's model, only the textures of the face aren't from him, and I think, but I'm afraid I'm wrong, they are from MBII. Please control the MBII pk3 downloadable in Jkhub, and if quigon textures aren't from MBII, we don't know the author. However even if the face textures aren't from MBII, it isn't important to give credit for an image.
z3filus Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Well you are re-releasing someone work, so you need to credit him/her.
Circa Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Crediting is important, but if the author doesn't want you to use their work, you can't use it. That should be obvious. The Qui-Gon head looks like the JK2 one but with a reskinned head. You say you got it from @@Kualan?
Kualan Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 I made it very clear when I PM'd you the model that it was not my work, but that I didn't know who made it. I do not wish to be credited for something I didn't make. z3filus likes this
z3filus Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 I'm 98% sure that is Toonce's JK2 Qui-Gon, and the face texture is not from Movie Battles; it was originally released at jk3files.com by a user named Elek Andor = http://jediknight3.filefront.com/file/EA_Jedi_Skinpack_2010;116414 How exactly have you edited this skin?
Śăļvõö Posted January 1, 2015 Author Posted January 1, 2015 The head is surely by Toonces, but the textures are, as @zeƒilus says, by "Elek Andor", so I'm going to contact him at "andor05@yahoo.com". When I obtain permission I'll let you know
Śăļvõö Posted January 1, 2015 Author Posted January 1, 2015 As it turns out, the author is uncontactable, as all jk3 files modders are. So in the description of the file I'm going to write the author and that he was uncontactable.

Langerd Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Hmm i dont know if this is important but the Qui gon dont have any of the caps textures. I cut him in the all possible way and i can see floor through his arm.

Śăļvõö Posted January 4, 2015 Author Posted January 4, 2015 @@Jeff helped me with Saesee Tiin's horns, so now I have the complete model in 3 versions : DEFAULT ROBED HOODED Besides, I updated Kit Fisto : So I'm going to publish the following models soon : Kit Fisto in Jedi robes (update);Quinlan Vos in Hapslash robes;Yarael Poof in Jedi robes for JK2;Saesee Tiin in Jedi robes. If you have some suggestions for any robed model to make, write here, and I will tell you if is possible to make it or not, the important is to ask, but please don't ask for any animal in Jedi robesbecause I'm not able to make them yet ! Oh, I was forgetting, If you have some suggestions to improve the 4 models I'm going to release, please write here before I upload them
Śăļvõö Posted January 5, 2015 Author Posted January 5, 2015 I tried Saesee Tiin in game but he doesn't have the saber blade neither as npc nor as playermodel. What should I do in order to fix this problem ? Hope to receive soon an advice because if I can't fix this problem it is not impossible to play with the model, so I won't release it.
Circa Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Probably related to this: [sharedmedia=tutorials:tutorials:137]

Hi there, I really like your projects of robed models. They're great for roleplaying And then I do have a suggestion. Do you think you could take this model's head and put it on a robe? http://jediknight3.filefront.com/screenshots/File/22283/1That would be awesome
Śăļvõö Posted January 6, 2015 Author Posted January 6, 2015 @@The_CrY please send me another download link like in dropbox because in my country I can't download from jk3 files.
