There is a Protocol droid model player, which can hold a lightsaber, etc. Perhaps someone could use it to create this assassin droid as well?

Actually with help of Blender and it's auto-skeleton import someone could just attach the weapons to the model etc. The rest is texturing.

I actually think this would be pretty cool, not often you see a C-3PO like this. When I first saw this droid I thought it was him at first but then discovered it was another droid and I thought it actually looked pretty cool. I say this might be a simple modification on a C-3PO but it would stand out differently and result in looking awesome I'm sure, I like this idea!
