    Hmmm...Upgrades

    Some of you may have noticed that JKHub.org and various subdomains thereof have been inaccessible over the past 12 hours - The server host for JKHub recently (and unexpectedly) moved to a new SSD-cache based system which caused all JKHub.org and related sites to go down for the past 12 hours due to a small conflict with our security system protocols. The issue has now been resolved and everything should be working as it was before. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused!

    If you're unable to access your website's control panel, please clear your cache and/or wait for the URL change (as a result of the recent downtime) to kick in. Thanks.

    Thanks for your patience,

    The JKHub Team.

  2. Would some kind soul be able to take these images and create a wiki page with all the model names and the associated screenshots? (Just like Map-craft, and map-review before it) did?

    Basically, a table with the Title of the model folder, and then all the images of the models within that folder, and each image would need the name of the model listed underneath it.

    I am so sick of making these screens I cannot muster the will or effort to do it myself. Especially as I'm not familiar with the wiki codes and language.

    If you need online link references, they can be found at:
    http://szicovii.jkhub.org/wp-content/images/map_models/path to folder/model_name.jpg

    Or you can copy the linked images from this forum topic:

    Thanks!

  3. @@Angelus - The SFX folder doesn't exist in JKA (That tutorial is for quake3). Have a look for common/mirror. Or you can use your own mirror shader. It is DEFINITELY possible Ive done it myself several times in several maps.

    	surfaceparm nolightmap

    	map textures/blueice_nightfall/nightfall_camera
     	blendFunc GL_ONE GL_ONE_MINUS_SRC_ALPHA
    	depthWrite
    	alphaGen portal 2048
        }
    }
    The image referenced is a black .TGA image 16x16pixels.

    You can download the source files for that map and see how its set up there if you need a practical look at it working in radiant - Its inside a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms.
