    So custom rig.. bolt_r_hand is weighed to a rhang_tag_bone and all heriarchy us identical to jkas naming wise. Saber blade wont show up

      In the .skin file are you actually using the r_hand surface or is it turned off? If it is turned off try typing it as "r_hand,off" instead of the usual format "r_hand,*off". Don't know why but that works for an identical bug in many of the Hapslash models.

    I really enjoyed TLJ. I really don't understand the outright hate for the movie. Like literal hatred.

      I have nitpicks (though I have them with every film in the series), but I agree - the wholesale hatred of the film seems a little unjustified to me. It takes the story forward.

      Not flawless, but I have been surprised by all the hate too. It kind of makes me realise that Lucasfilm was probably right when they made TFA such a rehash of ANH - there really is a large portion of the fanbase that just wants more of the same, and not to take the story forward.

    Very quiet on the JK modding front these days - I've finally got around to learning Source Filmmaker and loving it.

      Man, it definitely pays to have a few hours away from the scene and then come back to it with fresh eyes. Your criticisms are so glaringly obvious I can't believe I managed to overlook them - particularly that clipping hand! I also remember being so focused on animating her hair that I must have neglected some more facial animation towards the end of that shot. Many thanks.

      Not as hard as it was the first time I tried to learn it years ago. All the stuff I've picked up from JKA and Skyrim modding regarding models and how they work helped lower the learning curve immensely.
