Yes, I can. Also saber markings cab be seen as all other things. I thought at first, that I might have turned some parts of the map into some entity by accident, but I didn't. Ungrouping did not help much.

Well, we are checking that now, but interestingly, when you move backwards or jump - the sounds can be heard, no problem here. It's only when you walk or run forwards.

That's for sure. My ram keeps me back a bit, but all my programs work great! Windows 8 just didn't quite cut it when trying to map or mod.

Yeah, 8 has a long way to go still. 7 for the most part runs as well as XP but has all the visuals of Vista without the big performance hit. Only problems I've had and they were only related to being 64bit was old win95 16bit installers don't run but there are ways around it. Had to get patched installers for games like XWA and Rogue Squadron but the games themselves run fine.

It's a very good idea to change the Npcs AI, I may use them in some of my MB2 maps.

I mean, I think NPC code is messed up in MB2. When I spawn a stormie they stand weird and don't always attack me.

Put the assets in the JKG/base folder, run the exe. It doesn't need to be in your JKA directory, and probably isn't recommended either to avoid unexpected bugs

VM errors are always fixable by running as an admin. Any other error is likely to be fixed that way as well.

Impressive. It would be great to have a lot more improved assets for Jedi Outcast, just like Jedi Knight Enhanced (the Dark Forces 2 mod).

You can't improve the base game a whole lot, that AT-ST is really on the upper limit of what can be done without crashing the game. Also, switching to a fancy render engine wont make the game look better without remaking EVERY SINGLE asset.

Have you tried the conversion over to Jedi Academy? It's quite good so far, but the lack of an inventory system is quite annoying.
