Strange. I could have sworn I've seen it as early as 2007 at the least. There was LucasFiles, FileFront, JKHub, and at least one more site where I'd be downloading mods back then. Or maybe I just got lost in time again?

Funny thing is, I've been on JKHub since maybe 2007 (if not even before that), but haven't been active because I had no interest in the community per say - I'd only use the internet when dad would take me to work with him, so internet gaming or forums were out of the question. Looking back, I do feel like I've missed out, but what can you do?

Obi-Wan's outfit would probably be as simple as a reskin with an altered HS_Anakin outfit, but Qui-Gon would definitely require a new model.

No, please stop reskinning Anakins and Spanki's Jedi. I understand that it's easy, that most people don't have the time to make a standalone model, and that I have little say in this, but the finer details of their outfits are different, so to do a simple reskin would be an injustice.

One thing I don't understand is: why does Qui-Gon need training gear if he's supposed to be the teacher?

Note: Pardon if such a thread already exists, in my short search, I couldn't find it.

Now, I know that most of us were disappointed with the new trilogy (maybe even with the whole of the new canon), and would say there's nothing to discuss, but some of us weren't (me not included though ), and rewatching gave some of us second thoughts. Personally, I thought that the new trilogy shouldn't be SW, but a setting of its own, then it'd work more or less well (oh, and nerf Rey please). I also think that TFA was great visually, but the plot was lacking; TLJ was a drag, and visually wasn't as good. But that's just my opinion.

Anywho, I don't follow SW news, so if the plot of episode 9 is already known (beyond recycling the OT again, that is), I apologize, but:

1. What would you like to see in the movie?
2. What do you expect to see?
3. What would you not want to see?

Me? Here's what I think;

• The Knights of Ren will finally return, and will be featured as more prominent characters. In TFA they seemed to be significant, no? And with Snoke and Phasma dead, and Kylo taking charge, I think the mood is set for them to enter stage against Rey and the lot.
• Leia will probably oversee Rey's further training (off-screen? in CGI? Carrie Fisher is dead ), since she's already shown knowledge of the Force (remember that space scene?), and maybe they'll even begin training new Force-sensitives. This last part would depend on how much time passes between the episodes, of course; or as a short scene at the end of the movie.
• I guess there will be yet another "big forest/ jungle fight with the help of natives" (though they'll probably be actually "bad" this time around, not teddy-bears, or whatever) since it's the only major OT battle they didn't yet recycle.
• Somewhere I've read that Hux turns out to be a turncoat. If this is true, then it'll be either because he was working for the good guys all along, or because he doesn't like Kylo's direction (the latter would be more likely, though I'm not sure that he'd actually join the Resistance, considering how it's almost utterly defeated, and how he created the impression of a staunch believer in the First Order principles. Maybe he'll start a separatist movement within the FO that will fight against both Kylo and the Resistance? That'd be interesting. But this is SW, and Disney, so if he does turn out to be a turncoat, then it'll definitely be because he's either a Resistance agent, or because he gets an actual change of heart - see Kallus in Rebels; not to mention that it's the final movie in the trilogy, and even if he does become a third leader, he'll get immediately pwned (unless he pwns Kylo and then fights the Resistance)).
• Finn breaks up with Rose on friendly terms and will seek Rey, but it will most likely not work out, since she's now a Jedi, and all. Or, maybe Kennedy'll pull a fast one and Rey turns out to be a lesbian who's madly in love with some girl, for whose return she was originally waiting on Jakku, and this girl will somehow turn up. (come on, if Poe isn't gay, then Rey definitely is! )
• Kylo will be defeated, but I can't really say if it'll be death, or his feeling for Rey and his mom that will lead him to the Light Side.

Did I miss any other plot-points or "things"? Don't think so.

You gotta love the faces on this photo, it's like they're saying "All those years in acting school, all that practical experience in theatre (and possibly other movies ) and this is what we get..."

Not sure if I'm able to commit to this, but here's a simple file I made.

Something I noticed when looking through the files is that Raven didn't bother changing Rosh's victory sounds (victory1, victory2, victory3) for rosh_dark

Which means he has a 1/3 chance of saying "I'm a great Jedi!" when he's on the dark side... Yeah, little bit awkward and unfitting, not gonna lie.

This fixes that by using a voice clip taken from Skyrim to say "Not so tough now, are ya?"

Hmm, I think I once played some unfinished mod where you took the role of Jaden's apprentice or something, and the protagonist was a female Twi'lek, but her textures were kinda strange, and the first level was on a Yavin-like training map, but a different one from JKA. Is it that mod?

No, I meant what I said. Doing kitbashes takes way less time than creating your own stuff from scratch. I've been short of time recently because I'm moving out to a new place, hence why I might no be able to do what I want to during these days. Today I wanted to do something a bit more complex, but I wasn't able to properly do what I wanted to, so instead I updated the female head model with a new object. Download link is same as before.

Nice! But I was actually talking about 3d glasses as in a 3d object. I forgot that 3d glasses are an actual thing.

I've been very busy with work today, so I used the small window of time I had to play with blender by adding some hats and helmets to the base human female model. All headgear comes from base JA and has it's respective LOD.

Hello! Is it possible to open the saber style menu, allow the player to pick a second one and then return back to what they were doing in the same level? My experiments so far are taking me to new levels or the mission select screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that was possible, but you needed one of those mods that extended the engine's scripts or whatnot. Or maybe those were just experimental?   

Speaking of which, what mod are you making/ playing? Sounds like something I'd like to play too.

Ja, T3-M4 was a great droid, though he was kind of an ass in K1. T7 comes nowhere near though, in both respects.
