  1. I've been trying to combine models for MBII by replacing the skins for them with actual other models i.e. replacing robed variations of Maul with maybe Vader and Sidious for an example. Doing this in the first place goes against everything I've known for frankensteining in Blender such is having to get rid of stupidtriangeoff but regardless of all that I know how to do it I just can't seem to figure out why when I export it from blender, blender renames the other model components and it combines everything and messes the entire model up. Sorry if this explanation is tough to follow but any help would be appreciated, maybe I'm doing the actual process wrong? I've followed the exact examples from other modders yet mine does not export how theirs does.
  2. Wasn't Pandemic BFII Grievous ported at some point? If anyone still has it, I'd appreciate a send.

  3. Well, that one doesn't hardly have anything to do with what I'm requesting.
  4. Why yes, somebody did indeed. And I could download it anytime. But I still wanted to request to have the real model itself ported.
  5. Managed to attain the model a while ago. (How I did this I don't really recall, as it was a year or two ago.) I've tried rigging the model myself but to no avail, as there aren't really any very informative step-by-step tutorials. http://www.mediafire.com/file/van6anhibbxbryj/darkapprenticev2.rar/file Note Initially this model suffered from lack of texture display, but at some point I fixed the UVs so the display should be all in order.
  6. Yes, I've noticed this--this shader file offers nothing in the way of transparency, it was an ingame issue on his model as well. UPDATE: I tried pasting my custom shader code over Toshi's for the cape, and it worked. I thought I needed the "cull two-sided" for the cape to be visible on both ends, but apparently I don't, and now I've established transparency in the holes.
  7. One thing that really bugs me about Toshi's Vader (or any of its reskins) is the capechain. I understand it's pretty much a microscopic issue, but it's just a 2d mesh with the chain textured on. I'd be fine with that, were it not for the fact that the holes inbetween the chains are either filled with white or black ingame. I opened the .png and carefully removed as many specks of interfering color as I felt was reasonable and tried it out again ingame; unfortunately I'd wasted my time, as nothing changed. I'm hoping someone else might be willing to figure out a solution, whether they do it via textures or even modeling a new chain onto the model. I know @@dark_apprentice has a Rogue One Vader model laying around with a modeled-on chain, but the texture for it is missing and I'm not sure I'd be able to affix it to Toshi's Vader properly anyway. Thanks
  8. @@dark_apprentice I've noticed there's tons of content here that doesn't seem to have been touched by anyone else (Pinball Kylo, TFU Vader, the last two models you just showcased, etc.) Do you/Punisher have a plan to release any of it at some point?
  9. It is for JKA. Thank you for the tips, I’ll see to them ASAP.
  10. Thank you for the kind words, so happy to hear you enjoyed! Sorry I was none too clear—I was referring to the audio distribution. What I mean by that is how it fluctuates between the left and right speakers, it seems to rise unevenly in either side throughout certain lines.
  11. Recently, I've been trying my hand at impersonating Kylo Ren's voice for brand new sounds in JKA. I've already done the editing in Adobe Audition. The trouble is I recorded the sounds from a phone, not an actual microphone (as I can't afford one ATM), so the audio phasing is a little all over the place. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to best center the audio--I've tried automatic phase correction and whatnot to no avail. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-T-Y4QBPQXg
  12. Is it possible to use this on playermodel textures?
  13. The TLJ addition is great, though I'd be really happy if you fixed his neck. There's a little weird black spot on it.
  14. One issue: The floors reflect the interiors and hallways, but not the player characters themselves. (Was this map feature only in JKO?) That aside, great work!
  15. http://www.mediafire.com/file/3azys0s5ejy8aoa/Revan_Reborn.rar It's all just sitting there, unrigged! Anyone willing to give it a shot? (Thanks to @@ShenLong Kazama for this beauty)
  16. Anyone got their hands on Disney Infinity Vader sounds?

  17. I am currently working on a replacement pack for MBII and I couldn't find my SCIV Starkiller sounds anywhere but I noticed you had them here except the download link seems to be invalid. Is there anyone who could maybe upload them for me please?
  18. I believe he requested an answer as to how to import the model, not a collective of unhelpful opinions. These responses might be more sensible if the thread were posted in the "Art, Media & Technology" forum and was titled "What do you think of the TFU Anakin model in comparison to JKA's?" or maybe, "What do you think of porting models to JKA?" This was quite clearly neither of the above.
  19. I'm more aiming to bring a new model into JKA, not just make a Frankenstein.
  20. If I could get a Blender version of this or some other useful form of guidance (maybe interactive) it would be highly appreciated.
  21. Searching for accurate Blender tutorial regarding model compiling for JKA.

      DT.

You don't need to compile models from Blender - Blender JKA suite has GLM/GLA importer/exporter. For the skeleton, just import any JKA model.
