Part of some textures I'm making have alpha sections. I'm wondering what I need to put in the shader in order to make the alpha sections invisible.

Obviously someone will have to change the helmet to match his helmet's unique shape, but I figured I could at least get the body done so that way it'd somewhat motivate someone to make the side of the helmet.

I had an idea- if you made an alpha channel over the visor and turned on the face texture underneath, would it not be showing his face? Like with Captain Argyus.

That actually looks pretty good. If I had to make one suggestion it'd be to really emphasize the edge on the lip. I can see that the edge is there, but it's not prevalent. If you were to enlarge the shoulder pad, I bet you could just copy paste the original spad, rename it, scale then re-map as necessary. I even have a texture ready.

True. New mapping software admittedly would be a great place to start. Try taking a page from Battlefront's ZeroEditor, that tool's cake to use.
