Daedra Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 That's a secret. I can tell you privately. Give me your email or something. @@Langerd Not exactly secret... LOL.. Just mess around with these until you have the angle you want then make a cfg with it then bind it. Or just autoexec it.

Daedra Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Youre forgetting the most importand thing lol. I've already told him. If you're interested, i can tell you. Nah it's cool. Good luck with your mod though
eezstreet Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 cgame/cg_draw.cpp: Look where the weapon scroll wheel drawing code is handled, and add something similar in CG_Draw function. Please don't keep secrets in regards to code. It's okay to keep your mod secret, but other people might be interested in implementing features.
Wystan Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 I just tell it to anyone but not to everyone at once.
therfiles Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 Second- HOW YOU MADE A CAMERA FROM THE ARM????!? For the camera on the arm, Check out CamSP! I believe you need to have cg_cameradamp (or somthing like that) enabled, and you can use horz offset. I forget the particulars. Hmm...without editing the code, your options are limited. You could use OpenJK and then add some elements to the HUD, that are shown with cvars? Then make that cvar change via script? Not sure how feasible that is without coding new cvars...so coding is still the best option. Langerd likes this
Lazarus Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I just tell it to anyone but not to everyone at once. This is a source of knowledge, nothing gained on not sharing knowledge. Sorry to say, but thats just selfish. My cup of coffee.... wait a minute ... i need coffee.. brb
