These are badass, but seem kinda pointless even for a cancelled game - Jedi Leia and Maul? Sith Obi-Wan and Windu? When since did the BF games deal in multiverses and alternate timelines?

 

Also - Battlefront IV as in 4? They didn't even release a Battlefront 3! Why did they ever bother making concepts for Bf4? It seems like a fake, is all I'm saying

They could have given her an ability to command troops from a distance, like meditation / seeing into the future to lay out real time strategies and relay info to the troops. That would've made up for the lack of Luke in TFA.

Battle Meditation, essentially. Making her more or less an older Bastila. Doesn't sound too bad.

I've always wanted to see a Jedi Leia, it pisses me off so much that she isn't a Jedi in these Disney films.

She actually did become a Jedi in the EU. But besides artwork, we never saw that outside of TFUII's Endor DLC. And that's an Infinity story.

I think he's put that aside for the TFA mod for the time being.

I don't mind the sexualization, but I also agree that it should be a bit more practical. Maybe a compensation between the two can work IMO.

This is how a standard Reborn should look like. The ones that appear in Jedi Outcast look like spandex wearing circus performers.

And the fact that their faces are too similar to the Imperial Officers is, well, kinda weird.

 

 

As for Tavion, I had so many ideas how a better model could look like. Let's begin with that she doesn't really resemble her Jedi Outcast version. Everything on her is different. I suggest that a basic model should be made of her,

which can be used as a basis to create both her Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy incarnations.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed that! If you look at the head textures of the default Reborn, it's note-for-note the same as the Imperial Officer.

And that doesn't sound like a bad idea with Tavion. A base model can actually go a long way on it's own.

Alright sooo after a huge rediculous delay we're back on track with all 3 projects! I finaly managed to get the computer fixed and up and running correctly. I'll be starting on the projects final steps tomorrow morning. Probably in the Sith base !!! 

 

I want to apologize to any who have been wanting this around christmas as I originally had intended. I ran into unexpected problems when upgrading my PC. Bassicaly I could run any game but for some reason both gtk and 3ds maya etc all kept crashing during load. 

Hopefully I can get my Discord account up and running again!

It's this one: Improved Rosh Penin. It's been around for years. He does look way better than the basic model.

That's the Hapslash skin I mentioned. But that fits a more mature Rosh from the Yuuzhan Vong War onwards.

Actually there is an updated Rosh model, but it's pretty old also.

Isn't that just Hapslash's Anakin reskinned? (Of course, it's an impressive reskin.)

Imo, all of them deserve an update but the main leads should be prioritized first.

Of course. Hell, an updated Tavion with both her Outcast and Academy Attire would be awesome. Same goes for Desann cause his look is...kinda getting dated. Even an updated Rosh would be welcomed. The reskins are nice, but a new model would be cool.

Agreed. Jan definitely deserves an update next because she's integral to the story like Kyle is. (Even though JKA only mentioned her, at least they left her in as an NPC.)

I know that file, but I think it actually was different - the shoulder pads on GPChannel's file (the screen that is) are physical, and not a texture (at least, that's what they look like)

That is because the ones on GP Channel's KOTOR Mod was the actual KOTOR 1 Jedi Robe extracted. Jolee and Vrook wearing them is another example of that. The one in his icon is from a KOTOR Jedi model that was handmade by an author who I do not know.

That's part of an old Human Male expansion that was made during the old JK3Filefront days. It's not really the same thing. It's an imitation. A good one, but still an imitation using the base assets.

Well, maybe her appearance was just ghostly 'distorted'. It's not like she wore Jedi robes as a ghost in TOR, or whatever outfit she was supposed to wear on Dromund Kaas.

But who cares anyway? TOR and Karpyshyn's 'Revan' were crap, and I'm glad they're not canon anymore.

I think you'll enjoy this if you wanted an alternate Revan ending.

I can't say, I was too keen on Rebels, at least not like in the beginning. The introduction of various cool characters, like Thrawn or Mon Mothma didn't save the story too much. Perhaps, that's because I pay attention both to the story and the visual side, the latter was lacking some depth. E.g. you see Lando, but the surrounding stuff isn't that cool, including the pig, that he wanted to acquire.

 

The latest episodes with the Lothal Temple were quite captivating though. Perhaps, because they made a new character, which wasn't powerful, but yet hold some intrigue - the Minister. We can also see old 'friends' from TCW, which was good. But the thing with Time Travel - and I am positive that's what've seen in the episode - wasn't a very good sign.

There's a reason to be concerned with the time travel stuff: Paradoxes. Butterfly Effect. That essentially was what my thoughts were in regards to that.

BTW, and I...hate being THAT guy, but how goes Dark Pastime? I know the team is working in secret and in silence, but I wanted to break the ice and ask the question.

Ever since I first played it, I was kinda fascinated by that mission (it was included an unlockable bonus on the Gamecube version).

It might not be relevant to the plot, but it was interesting to see something different.

Looking at it know, I thought this map seems a little bit dated and deserves a reimagination. It would not only make a great extra mission, but also a fun multiplayer map.

Actually, funny enough, this mission is canon in Legends. It happens after the Outcast plot, though Kyle having weaker Force Powers in it can be explained by it being the demo mission back when Outcast was just coming out.
