The only problem I see here with eezstreets suggestion is that it is a bit easy to edit a ported file slightly, then it isn't 100% ported.What percentage of change would have to be in effect for it to be ok? Hope I worded it right, my head is sore from reading this thread.

at the end of the jk2 demo, there is a realtime reflect map on the hangar floor,i want to know what the name of that texture is?

Why not make a simple room a model? It could have custom animations as well that way. It would be relatively time consuming to build, I presume, very little loadtime and could even be quite small then scaled to the size of the menu.

This is a test from my own build I thought I'd share, it is Boba Fett's HUD. includes a rangefinder (Bind zoom to a key) includes scope (bind la_zoom to a key) It is intended for first person view with guns. built from rchud. this is just a beta for people to play with, final will be a completely new file, not using others work to build off all credits to Darth Norman for the original. https://www.dropbox.com/s/se0gzen56shb52p/zzz_fetthud.zip here Katanamaru try this out, as your questions confused me.

It is a claustrophobic HUD, but i have had no issue with it in sp.The glass is more transparent in the centre of you screen and the edges are tinted, I wanted to give the impression of glass.

I'm not sure to be honest,I have a lot of elements,a book full of concepts, but no maps.I have even learnt to make roq's recently.I am pretty willing but I don't have the time atm. I have replaced almost all base elements, but I have a lot more planned I don't have time for.

Really? It has been updated,have you downloaded the 1.02? It should fix the error with the shaders. I have been trying to think why it is playing up for you, but I really have no idea from my end, I have tested the model on a fresh build since the last update and it seemed to all work well. If you can find the source of the issue, I'd appreciate it. I am curious to know who else is having errors.

I really am clueless here, I have a custom model on my main menu with a looping idle animation, to make my SP more immersive, does anyone know how to attach a weapon to the model?(not a saber)

that's changed also.@@Circa hmm your right, those tuskens would be messed slightly. I'd replace the tuskens to sandtroopers. -

Rosh should be a Gungan. I have been using the tusken sniper rifle and replacing the tusken taunt animation with the cool soldier signalling animation and replacing the tuskenrifle model to a e11 for a tough storm commander who signals to his troops and commands them, then melees you if you get too close, this makes the npc's much more interesting to fight. I'm happy to skin and write npc's -
I agree,they are quite simple reskins at this point, just for something new on my own build. I feel almost selfish not shareing them. @@DT85 of course, I expect that you'll see a lot of reskins of your trooper, so I'm glad you have that attitude.
