just open up all the .skin files in something like notepadd++, and do a search for r_hand,*off and replace it with r_hand,off in all open documents, then save them all

A map designed with strafe training and related in mind. Has a ton of courses and pads which you practice on, is awesome fun

Yes, you can easily change it by changing the hue of that part of the glow texture to 180

I removed the red and blue team skins, the only thing left is the default glowing shaders and also the icons were taken out of the pack as well. Since it's meant to function like a bot or npc instead of just adding a new skin to the map itself.
No, I meant the red glow you see on the front of his shoulders/top of chest

I'd fix the red glow on the shoulder, that was always a small bug in his shadowtrooper pack

You'd need to learn how to model first which I'm assuming you don't know how to. Just Google '3d modeling tutorials' and you'll get a load of results. In answer to your question, Blender, XSI Mod Tool and 3DS Max can all do it, as well as others (perhaps/most likely)

What specifically? The game already has a fairly decent rebel solider. If you're wanting one form Endor or something, I'm pretty sure someone already made a model for that

I disagree; I think the gun's height (Z) is fine, it just needs to be pushed farther back, as it makes the scope look really large.
Further back? I wouldn't expect a gun to be held that close to the person holding it. I'd have it much further forward, but not so far that his arm would be completely straight/parallel to the gorund
