He could have just have helpusobi 1 enabled, and a small custom .menu file which added sliders for the camera cvars.

Still, some people can't open them, and don't take the initiative to google how to open them.

You would be surprised at how many people can't open rar files, I think sticking with zip files is fine, as all platforms can open it by default.
