  2. well years back, i think i still have the P38 walther model I did ( it was Supposed to be Megatron in his alt form), the walther p38 will be in my goldeneye as the golden gun, since its the only pistol with the shape I need yet can have a stock etc, since I had the golden gun sounds over the concussion rifle >.>

  4. ive been in the community since 04 or 05, ive just never knew how to use actual mods im only taking interest now since some of my maps arnt compatable with JA+ the only feature I like in the revision notes is the PK3 download for servers

  7. well I suggest using the Nintendo 64 as a learning media, for not only simplisic maps, but simplisic models as well, my GoldenEye Project has taught me advanced lighting, icarus scripting, and bot routing so far If I can learn weapon modelling, then its one less thing to have to ask other modders for, sure id like to look like an HD version of the original, not much else, My first attmept will be the moonraker laser over the bowcaster (its what I have the sound setup for, and it fits nicely, if i change the green bolt to blue)

I only get lag on maps like Szico's midgar, im using an early build of 1.5, I kept the installer for this one as well, I can upload it if anyone wants it GTKradient 1.5.0 2006 build: http://www.mediafire...74hu16b07alftvx I personally havent had an issue with this specific build for the past 6 years, and thats going from single core pc, to a Dual, and now an 8 core machine

While I was doing some calibrations, I mean, I figured out how to do bot routes, My GoldenEye Bunker map has been updated to 1.2, the other maps will get revsion updates soon too. bots have been persistantly asked for on Jkfiles, and for the longest time I stuck to my guns keeping the maps and gameplay faithful however with JKHub, and the ability to actually get a submission, submitted, my thoughts on the matter have changed, not to mention that the site has my out dated versions of my maps, so why not add support to them all and skip 1.1 and go to 1.2

I've browsed along, and believe it or not, I might start dabbing my hand into modelling, specificly gun models, most of you know ive been busy making GoldenEye maps, from the nintiendo 64 game, my maps come with an asset that gives all the guns in the game souns based off Goldeneye, but heres the thing, I needs guns... so I either gotta learn how to do this, or ask others for help
  16. Seems the problem is i keep getting borked waypoints, so I think I need to put more then just 200 in the map, even if its only a Nintendo 60 replica
  17. well I tried the bot routing, and the bot got stuck on the doors, so err myth busted? either that or general grievous is challanged without his battle droids NVM it seems default bots can use the doors, Grievous just happened to be derp and stand there running into the door
  18. alright one sure way to do this, im going to add bot routes to the Bunker map and if it works, the bot should be able to find me, and if thats the case, expect a version update on some of my maps

  20. just it seemed the Jkfiles community really seemed to be missing the point, I was making replica era maps, when Goldeneye 64 came out, its multiplayer was about pitting you against a friend, I originally opted to leave bots out, but having learned how simple it was to add bot routes, i reconsidered this, but most my maps have player user triggers, the Facility uses swinging doors as well, and unless the bots paused, it would cause issues
  21. crap, that means I need to do another set of goldeneye maps, with Auto doors so bot matches will be allowed, or set up a server for my maps

I have a borked model in my hands, I cant remember who made it originally for my now infinite hiatus mod, Vampire Blood Chronicles, but I figured I might as well share it, the issue is, I dont think it was ever rigged, the model loads in game in a T pose. Those of you wondering, this is Alucard from Castlevania, I think he was originally based off a Dante model, but I cant be sure, I know squat about modelling If anyone want to take a wack at it, by all means, its been on my hard drive for almost 5 years now http://www.mediafire...csmd7yv83s6i1eg
