  1. UPDATE:

    First TFA plus mission is done :)

    Want to say Thank you Plasma who was so kind that he gave to me the source of the map a long time ago. :)

     

    So about the mission:

    First you will play as Kylo:

    MIssion is to defeat finn

    After that the game will load a new map,when you will fight as Rey,the mission is to defeat Kylo.

    The mission has 2 roq video too made by TheHighLord. :)

  2. I suddenly found several fan-made trailers for a mix of Rogue One / Dark Forces / Jedi Knight. In some cases it looks really cool. I mean, not a bad move to remember the true story of the Death Star plans. ;)

     

     

     

     

    And you all might be already familiar with the Unreal Engine Jedi Outcast Movie, which has its own thread here on forums, but still there is one trailer related to it as well.

  3. I don´t think we need new Kanan model as long there is great version which was released few months ago :) Maybe just add visor to this blinded skin. I thought that there are more few Rebels models in-game. So porting Ezra and Sabine could be also nice :)

    @@The Punisher, @@swegmaster or @@Seven.. Is there any chance any of you guys could port these models from the above screenshots? We typically only really need Ezra and Sabine, but a Kanan would be appreciated, too.. If you pulled that one out, aswell.

  4. I am currently using EvulantSaberGFX (Sometimes I alternate with "TFA_Live_Blades+Effects" or "TFUUSE_BLADES" - With a regular Ornage blade, don't like the "Negative blade"). I don't use JKE. It crashes more than a blind drunk on a Nascar race.

    @@The Punisher What blades are you using here? 'Cos in the JK Enhanced version, when you move the saber blade around, it has this little bit at the top that's sticking up, and longer than the blade itself. Did you encounter that problem and manage to fix it?

  6. Hiii pal :D !! ... i made this skyboxes mix for the coruscant map... maybe I left excessive green color (I must correct it soon), but Is closer to the movie than the original MD2 ;)

    SOON as I can upload all the skyboxes that I have in a single file ... I will leave some progress for this project !!

  7. Tired. The problem is the neck/chest area. Most heads don't include that area, including the default game heads, so I used 3 different parts to cover it, and although the differences is not too much, it still doesn't looks 100% fine, especially with the in-game heads.

    Yeah, makes sense. Having said that, though. That Luke in Hoth gear would work REALLY well as the default skin for Jaden, when he's on the Hoth level. The overall buffness and visual accuracy of the model looks great. Especially considering the base game version is really "flat" looking.

     

    I guess you could maybe try and throw that model together and see how it comes out.. What d'ya reckon?

    @@The Punisher Any chance you could kit-bash that outfit onto Jaden, for the base game and turn the jacket orange?

    That would go great as a starting skin, for his introduction outfit into the game, before going into his Jedi Robes, after the Yavin Temple initiation.

    Maybe later, pal. these week i need to make a hospital recover for fix some my heal trouble that are leaving me crazy. -.- italy sanity system sucks. i not know how many time i need or for how many time i'll disappear.

    however you can edit dms.dat file on ext_data folder with notepad and add dinamyc soundtrack entry for your music. after you do that, all you needis to slap in music folder, a mp3 stereo sampled at 44100 hertz of an action theme, an explore theme, and a lot of other little file for transition between action and explore. you can check original game files for understand how that works.

    In this mod.. In the "original" version, there is no dms.dat file in the ext_data folder. There is only 3 folders and 1 file:

     

    - npcs

    - sabers

    - vehicles

    - weapons.dat

     

    Just to be clear, here.. We're not talking about the "base" game assets. This is an already made mod that we're remastering, but the dms.dat file doesn't exist in this mod's original files.

  11. Since the original 'Movie Duels II' mod was released back in 2009, with the last and final update being released, later that same year.. It's been almost 9 years since and I thought it was about time it got a "Remaster". After playing through it numerous times and looking in to the assets that came with the mod, originally.. Everything within the mod itself, is actually very accurate and everything's in place, already. But it was clear to me, that it was lacking in a number of areas, that the more modern mods are including, either by default or as an option.

     

    Here's a run-down of some of the KEY improvements, over the original mod:

     

    - Mod will now use OpenJK as its primary game engine.

    - NEW & Improved Lightsabers (the "movie-like" SFX Sabers have been added)

    - NEW & more accurate Lightsaber sounds

    - Faster Lightsaber ignition speed

    - Some base animations replaced and removed

    - NEW Camera Angles

    - NEW & Improved Player Models

    - NEW & more movie "accurate" Skyboxes

    @@GPChannel Once that Coruscant Map is finalised, would you be willing to release it as a singular mod, too.. Outside of your "Force Awakens Conversion" mod? So players can use it to replace the god awful base game version, if they wish?
