Now why would he want a lower res version?! Why bother designing a mod if it's gonna be lower res? I just don't see the point, personally. All models should be as high-res as possible, as far as I'm concerned.

Evolution of Combat IV - Main Topic

Equals, huh? Well, I don't see a title under his name that says "JKHub Admin".. I'm not saying I do, either. But I'm just making a clear and valid point. And since when are Raven going to prosecute anyone using their source code. They have nothing to do with the Star Wars community now and have long since finished their affiliation with it. I can assure you that if they were that worried or upset about someone using their source code, then they'd have filed reports and injunctions against those that have done so. And even saying that, nobody is trying to make any profit from selling their source code. But I doubt they'd even notice or take any interest, if they did. -

Technically.. You're wrong, again. It's not even Raven's now, as on April 3, 2013 following the closure of LucasArts, Raven Software released the source codes for Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy on Sourceforge. -

You're not an admin of the site, so you've got no authority here.. Unless you have a model in the mod that he's using without your permission. Then, only then, do you have any authority. -
I actually quite like the look of this.. Overall, the model is very good. That head, though.. The face is far too saturated, compared to the rest of the model's body. If you matched the skin tone of the face with his arms and neck. etc. you'd have a much better end result.

I refer you to this: http://jkhub.org/topic/6809-kylo-ren-soundpack-voice-work-confirmed/

Could not have put it better, myself.. I definitely agree with this, DT.
-
Coming along really nicely, RK.. I'd suggest adding a tad more thickness/mass to her arms, though. Not too much though, obviously.

How have you not gone crazy, then? .. It's not 'that' bad.. Anyhow, it's a Yoda voice, nonetheless and any Yoda voice that even remotely resembles Yoda, is better than no Yoda voice.

Awesome! Keep up the great work! Might be time to get a few hours shut-eye then..

Oh right, where'd you manage to pull it from then? Disney Infinity?
-
Was that taken from The Clone Wars TV Series?

So I figured that seeing as how we're all STAR WARS fans, in this community (Or at least I'd assume 95% of us are, otherwise why would you be here?) I randomly came across this site, when trying to find out what the name of the blue orbs were, that was used by the Gungan army in Episode I: The Phantom Menace.. And my god! I've not laughed that hard in a long time. You can check it out here: Fun with Franchises: Star Wars Episode I – The Phantom Menace (1999), Part IV — “Shut the Fuck Up, Jar Jar”

Well, maybe if you explained what you're trying to say, a bit better.. People would be able to understand you and respond accordingly.

I don't think this guy's first language is English. Don't worry, DT.. I couldn't understand what he was saying either

Hey @, just wanna throw this out there and acknowledge what you're doing, as far as the sounds go. A PM probably would be more professional, but just wanna say that it's appreciated that you're bringing up all these sound packs for different characters. It certainly helps a great deal, as far as accuracy to the character and essentially, gives them "life", in the game, rather than running 'round a map being a deaf mute . So, keep up the great work!
-
Still.. Can't hurt in trying it out and seeing what sort of results come from it. It'd also help with the accuracy of the models, so if anyone's currently working on those individual models, they can use them for reference of what their own model could/should look like in game. It's good! It's all good! Still think your Kylo Ren model is the best one on the forum/site, though, @@RevanKnight.. And certainly the most movie accurate .
-
You mean "TR-8R".. Ok, I'm saying it now.. Holy f*cking sh*t! Someone needs to port those into JKA! Those models look freakin' awesome!! If someone can put those into the game and make them downloadable.. Like, asap!! Awesome find, @!! @@GPChannel, these would be incredible for your "The Force Awakens" Single Player Conversion.

A-f***ng-men to that!

To be honest, I don't think it's a case of being greedy or unappreciative of other people's work. I think it's more a case of constructive criticism, to help out people who have already done models or are in the process of making them. This is a friendly and "co-operative" community, where people try to help out each other and help them improve their skills and their work at the same time, as taking requests. I agree with you that people who take requests and such, are doing it out of the goodness of their hearts.. But again, it's not a case of being greedy or unhappy with other people's work. But you've also got to consider that if a person is going to design and put their time into creating a model, then they'd want to make sure it's as accurate to its source material, as possible. Unless of course, they openly state that they'll be adding their own twist and personal changes to the model.

Y'know what's funny.. Is the fact that, despite me having both games.. I'm actually more looking forward to new mods (particularly "The Force Awakens" content) being released on this site, than I am with the Season Pass DLC for Battlefront on PS4 . Suck it, EA!
