  1. If you get me some kind of references of what you're looking for, I might be able to help you get this done. I can't make any promises as I do need to see something more concrete before I can commit.
  2. Great tools, thanks again guys!!
  3. Hm, actually opening up Blender I don't see this @@Ramikad
  4. Thank you so much! I could have sworn that I had tried some of that, but I guess not. Appreciate the quick reply.
  5. I've slowly but surely been making the switch from 3ds Max to Blender as I've been more into Frankenstein rather than creating models from scratch due to my own lack of time. I'm still learning all the ins and outs of Blender and I'm trying to figure it out. This is a very basic question but for the life of me I can't seem to find where there's a option for this. If I try to grab a group of verts and drag them (ie move, rotate, etc), it only moves some of them. As in it leaves some of the back facing ones or ones in creases/folds. Is there a way that I can select ALL verts in a certain part? I know that this is a very basic question and I feel stupid for asking it but any help would be appreciated!
  6. I made a small mod years ago for personal use that sounds similar to like that. If you'd like to give it a try, PM me.
  7. You can lock a single bladed lightsaber to a specific stance. If you lock it to staff, it can mimic a backhanded saber pretty well.
  8. Yeh, they're a little hard to understand for me too. But they do sound cool!
  9. Not to be a buzz kill, but that model was created for a specific character in a RP community. Have you contacted the original author to see if using it is alright?
  10. The traditional robes look great!!!
  11. The poster wants someone to fix some models and such, but I'm not quite sure which ones he's referring to.
  12. Those were all posted about a decade ago, so getting your hands on them will probably be pretty tough, assuming they were completed projects in the first place.
  13. I'm not very good at skinning so excuse me if I'm talking out of my ass here. I think it'd be nice to see crisper, more defined textures in your works. It often looks like it's just photo sourced from a poor quality screen shot. Other than that, model wise and execution is A+!
  14. Yeah, I've tried alpha channel bit. But as I remember, there was more to it than just creating a alpha channel and saving it.
  15. ModView has always shown alpha shaders for me. But my confusion isn't about the shaders anyways, it's about the process with the texture itself.
  16. Hey guys, Can someone jog my memory as to how to do alpha channeling to make certain parts of a skin invisible without using the *off function? Using Photoshop CS6 and I've gone through a few tutorials via Google (aka I'm not interested in some lulzy reply with a lmgtfy link) and I still can't get the parts to go away in ModView or ingame. Any suggestions?
  17. Speaking from experience, more people are less likely to take on a non Star Wars related requests these days.
  18. The girl who plays Rey have a very, very strong bone structure (high cheek bones, angular jaw, etc). I'm unsure someone weill be able to her justice without a new head!
  19. Those are incredible. Really nice work!!!
  20. The model is nice! I obviously mean no disrespect, but this is Luke Skywalker in a new Star Wars movie. Someone should just give him his own new model!
