K2, the restored content mod is a must though.

It does a fair job of improving K2, but there is still plenty that is lacking and some of the restored parts are just pretty weak. However, if Obsidian had finished the game the way they intended for it to be like, it might have stood a chance against K1.

No, just Gamefront's main site was restructured, mostly for file archival. Someone bought the domain from the original owners.

@Circa, I know the guys at the Nexus archived a lot of the files from GF, and once GF came back, they gave the archive back, but kept a copy (they had some agreement or whatnot), but a bunch of people on other sites began complaining, so now Nexus gave up the archive.

Yeah it was actually ModDB that bought Gamefront, so it should be in good hands for awhile.

Like i said, there's this new tendency nowadays to call spouces 'partners' in order to avoid offending sexual minorities. But what's interesting, is that straight couples don't colloquilally use the term 'partner' when referring to each other, but in the media the term is used quite heavily, so in a way, it's becoming representative of same-sex couples

I've never seen that to be the case. Partner is used in any orientation quite regularly. Especially for non-marital relationships.

I like the fact that OT was practical, PT digital and ST is part of digital and practical. But don't be fool, ST are a lot more CGI than they assume it ^^ Just that in 2017, CGI are impressive and sometimes you won't see them.

PT just looks Cheesy. Yeah, I know ST also uses a lot of CGI, but the fact they cleverly combine it with practical effects makes it look much more realistic. Has CGI really advanced since the Prequels? Yes, but if it was abused as in Prequels, it would still look cheesy. That some movies from late 70's - early 80's look more believeable than movies from late 90's - mid 2000's tells a lot. Not to mention they made some really retarded choices, like making all clone troopers CGI.

I've always enjoyed the podracing scene a lot, it's in my opinion the climax of the film.
