  1. This thread is too tasty B) So many characters getting to life.
  2. I agree with @@DT85. The two heroes actually a repeating of Jan and Kyle's adventure. Not 100% yes, but there are lots of similarities, including the voice. But in this instance it can be both a disadvantage and a positive side of the show, as the voice of Hera sounds familiar and undeliberately makes connections with other Star Wars stories. It is true, that the show is developing around the Ghost crew only, as @ said. But first of all it can actually work out - in the past there've been many shows, which used the same pattern, it was only one point of view. In TCW it was also the case until the last episode of Season 1. Season 2 introduced other sides and characters. Probably this might happen in Rebels, but for now the show can boast with other things, while it could present much more.
  3. @ Haven't seen that. Sorry. But in any case the trailer confirms, what was described a few weeks ago about the most wanted scene.
  4. There is a new trailer for Rebels Season 2, which you can watch right here
  5. There are good episodes and bad ones. I believe the one about the fruit to be the weakest of all so far. Most others add at least something worthy of a Star Wars fan: a personal character approach, an interesting change of events, a return of a "good old folks". In this specific episodes nothing like that can be seen. We might want to discover a deeper exploration of two main characters here - Zeb and Ezra. But can it be done with such childish approach? The only thing I truly remember here is the "face" of a stormtrooper, surprized to know all that was done for a fruit. I guess this stormie is actually a depiction of what most fans feel here - "E-e-e-eh... A WAT?"
  6. @@Jeff I don't think, George Lucas would do anything with music like that. Some tracks have been changed, but it wasn't a bad move in the OT. In any case the theme of Bariss Offee is one thing, but the death of Vader - is a very different deal. It's the culmination of everything what ever happened in Star Wars.
  7. @ We discussed the possibility of Bariss's return with @@Cerez. Is there any news, that she would actually be seen in Season 2 of Rebels?
  8. @@Cerez Yes, using the same texture helps a lot. It's also applicable, when you deal with NPC count for instance: you use the same model and NPC file, but different skins for instance. Thus instead of 300+ characters you can have thousands of them in your story.
  9. One can always replace Rosh with a Rodian (or a Jawa) and add their native tongue instead of Galactic Basic. =) I remember there was a model of new Rosh, which looked more like Anakin Skywalker in Episode II. It had similar clothes design, but closer to old Jedi robe, same colors of it, of hair and eyes. I never tried it in game, so I don't know how would that work out together. By the way, did you know, that the gang leader Brejik in KOTOR was voiced by the same actor? In SWTOR the swoop track on Taris was known as Brejik's Run.
  10. Theforce.net published a list of possible names for new Lego sets for Episode VII:
  11. It would be nice to see the new stormtrooper in action before Episode VII release. I just wondered: in the past such models (e.g. Clone Troopers Phase II) - were they released by fans before or after the movie?
  12. I agree with @@Cerez. The usability of the model is also a factor. How many people would like to play it? What would it be like to resin it for creating new characters? Reborn model was from JA and remained the most popular model to recreate any other character like Obi Wan or Palpatine. But don't feel sad. Jedi Academy already has the model of Leslie Burke from Bridge to Terabithia, that can wield a lightsaber no worse than Luke Skywalker himself. Who knows, who'll be next?
  13. No Way. Better is the enemy of Good. And as I don't know whether Win 10 any good at all, and I am quite okey with what I already have now. I don't want to spend lots and lots of time on understanding how to launch all the old stuff on a newer system. Corporations, corporations... All this is smelling very much like Deus Ex scenario. Green Soylent too.
  14. I said, those are not facts. So far most things we read - are rumors only. And the author never actually claimed to have read any proven info on the plot. He put several parts into one telling. It's like a yet incomplete puzzles with some blocks missing. Some things are close to rumors, which most people believe to be true - like that Kylo Ren is related to the main characters via family line. And other aspects seem to be simply logical. I am skeptical about many stories myself, including the one, that Boba Fett would return. No way. ) Dozens others also just an imagination of fans. As for a friend, that boasts as being close to the shooting team - that's truly a hoax.
  15. While we have rumours, there are also theories (which sometimes prove to be right) by fans, and they are often very curious to read. One such person made this video, with some possible explanations on the plot. On Max Von Sydow Character. Rewatched "Minority report" yesterday to see how he acts in the films. Jakku Battle . Luke, Leia, Han and the new generation of Skywalkers.
  16. @DrXann I don't know, maybe his role is not that of the Emperor. He might be a leader to a criminal gang or some sect, which might have emerged after the fall of the Empire. The photo of Serkis suggests, the character has somehow an evil sight. I doubt the character is from the Light Side. =)
  17. A synopsis for Episode VII has been revealed (CAUTION! Spoiler-rumour below!!!!) Source As I read this sentence I instantly thought of Episode IV original script. Some designs also speak in favor of this.
  18. @zeƒilus I still bet on the Corellian smuggler. The Falcon team is not the only ones coming back, but the death of characters like Ackbar or the Sullustan captain wouldn't have the same impact. Force Ghost is #2 in my list of probabilities, so only one guy might appear here. It's not Lando, as he will appear in Episode VIII later on, no doubt about that. I hope Wedge will be in later stories, when the actor agrees to reprise the role after seeing Episode VII @@DrXann The name hasn't been revealed yet, but the ship is present in the trailer, so no doubt the model does exist. The question is whether the set itself isn't a fake.
  19. @ No, R2-D2 would most likely continue the line - he is the only character to have witnessed all the stuff in all the episodes. As for Falcon... Well, I've already said what might happen. Meanwhile, it was only a matter of time before some Lego sets about Episode VII would pop up. The first is the new First Order Shuttle, seen in the trailer. It might be a fake one, but yet...
  20. There is an interesting article about things, which might surprise us in Episode VII. I must say, the article itself presents theories only, but some are close to be true. More than that we even voiced some of the ideas here on the forums. Be careful.
  21. It must be possible. There have already been made two mods for Battlefront, which use models from KOTOR1 and Mass Effect.
  22. @@the_raven If you are asking, who she is and why, then I can't say too much right now. Though I've mentioned her a few times here and there. She is a Zabraki amateur archaeologist, or so she claims. Being of strong anti-Imperial ideology, she also despises the Jedi for some reasons. As she is visiting various dangerous places due to her studies, she has a profound training in combat and dueling, though her true abilities remain unknown. She is in no way a person with any public knowledge about her, and she stays away from Galactic affairs like the ones, which happened on Korriban three years prior.
  23. @ It was said, the music in the trailer is actually the one composed by John Williams. So he started working on the score for the TFA some time ago. I don't think anyone else would fit better in making music for main Star Wars films. The Anthology movies are known to be working with a different composer.
  24. @@DarkForcesII Fortuntelly or not, but the game is no longer canon. For some time it was the only source, telling us the story of how Jango lived before the Separatist crisis and how a clone army was planned to be created. I saw lots of videos regarding the game, and read the encyclopedia about the characters. I don't like the idea of this dangerous clan, led by a former student of Dooku. But overall the whole game wash;t that bad. Dooku used these sabers much later, when Assaj Ventress appeared at the war front. Like many other sources, the game contradicted a lot to other stories, and it's up to you to choose, whether it's worthy of any recognition.

He must be young, games these days are so stupid easy they aren't even worth wasting money on anymore. Older games are much more challenging.

@minilogoguy18 I played SWGEmu for several days. I tried to enjoy it, I really did but it just didn't "spark" for me. I can't possibly enjoy every single game can I? I'm 17 BTW.

@Sithani I MEANT to say "I didn't like it" I don't give a shit what I said. End of discussion.
