  1. They did a stunning job with Tarkin in Rogue One. Leia too honestly, since that wasn't even Carrie. They could've kept Alden and done a bit of CGI work on his face, just to give him a bit more of likeness to OT Han. But I personally had no issues with him. I thought Lando's robot was the most cringe in the whole movie. Everything else was tasty.
  2. Here's one: https://jkhub.org/topic/8053-diary-of-a-mad-man/?p=146872
  3. That seems rather accurate.
  4. Oh cool! I didn't know there was any VR related stuff for JA/JO. I'll have to check that out for sure.
  5. That is usually fixed with a shader. I believe the code to fix that would be cull twosided.
  6. I never made that joke, especially never attempted to make such an innuendo. Okay how about a different example; Me: Can someone tell me if Admiral Holdo's hair is orange? I think it's orange. You: It's purple *provides proof*. Me: Uh no this is science fiction, it's not true! You're just a kid fanboy who I've had enough of. You: ??? @@AshuraDX And I'm cool with it, I'm just trying to understand Xeby.
  7. I think you missed my point (sorry to butt back in like that, but I should probably explain it). I was being sarcastic, mimicking what you was essentially saying. i.e.: You: I think cracked crystals are weaker. Fact: cracked crystals are stronger and harder to control, hence why nobody uses them, however Kylo Ren managed to build a saber which contained it. You: No way it's impossible! Nooooooooo! The flipside (me joking) : Me: I think Luke Skywalker is female. Fact: Luke Skywalker is male. Me: No way it's impossible! Nooooooo!
  8. Okay then. Let me ask you since I'm unsure: Is Luke Skywalker a female? I think Luke Skywalker is a female transsexual. If you prove me wrong with fact then you're just a silly fanboy! Get out!
  9. I've literally given you the canonical fact. If you want to create your own canon that's up to you (that seems to be your intention since the beginning of this thread anyway).
  10. From http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Kyber_crystal The crystals were noted for their unmatched ability to channel energy and generate enormous returns. To this end, numerous individuals attempted to make synthetic kyber crystals, though their artificial nature made them highly unstable and explosive. Specifically, when one giant kyber crystal was destabilised by Saw Gerrera, it absorbed so much energy that when it finally did reach critical mass, it exploded with enough force to destroy both the freighter transporting it and a nearby Star Destroyer.[14] For centuries, the Jedi cut and faceted the crystals to eliminate occlusions and intensify their power yield. Galen Erso theorized that larger crystals needed to be faceted, not only to eliminate these occlusions, but also to minimize diffraction resulting from the introduction of energy from a lasing medium. With proper faceting, the pulse of energy released by the crystal could be greatly amplified and, with the help of containment devices, provide inexpensive power for developing worlds, or be directed into a collimating beam of incredible power; as was used on the DS-1 battle station. Kylo Ren's lightsaber had a cracked kyber crystal, which generated an unstable blade. The excess power was vented out the sides, thus creating a crossguard-like design.[19] The most important and prestigious vessels of the First Order had weapons upgraded with kyber crystals from some secret source in the Unknown Regions. If that's not technical enough, then I don't know what is.
  11. I have no clue. I don't think his age has ever been brought up. Only Chewies age, in SOLO as 190.
  12. Is that the Force Arena Chewie in there?
  13. 1.1 saber damage seems reasonable. I may make that adjustment in some .sab files I have.
  14. It depends on the timeline. SOLO is 10 years before ANH (I believe that was what was reported).
  15. If there's a crack in a gas pipe, it releases gas which is more dangerous than there being no crack as it would be contained prior to the crack. In this case, the Kyber crystal has a crack, it's leaking raw energy. Extra vents are added to contain it. It's really as simple as that. It's technically more powerful, but with the side vents it would roughly be the same as a regular saber.
  16. What Wasanohime said. He's like the Emperor in TESB. He's there for a short time, he's doing bigger things behind the scenes.
  17. We see him sitting down with his hood on. He then leans forward taking down his hood. Then he Force grabs his saber from his right side. He then stands up with his mechanical legs, and ignites his saber in a menacing way.
  18. Seems it is the Inquisitor blade, other sources seem to have confirmed.
  19. Xeby. It's more powerful. That's all there is to it.
  20. I should have been more specific. When I say different, I mean as in different from his appearance in TPM.
  21. Seriously, please stop reading right now unless you want to get spoiled. Okay you've been warned. I'd like to get the SOLO movie version of Darth Maul. He has different robes, new mechanical legs, a different lightsaber, and even his face looks vastly different. https://gfycat.com/CreamyBronzeGuanaco
  22. Yeah, I really think if it's unstable, it's more powerful. Think of it as an atomic bomb. If it's stable, so it's relatively fine and it's controlled in power. If it's unstable, then it's way more dangerous and can spurt out bursts of energy resulting in way more damage.
  23. I like the deep sea crab look that Darth Krayt has going on. Looks like something out of Skyrim.
  24. Their official name is "Luggabeast". Some info: The luggabeast bearing Teedo on Jakku isn’t wearing armor because it’s the latest fashion trend (side note: Is anyone on Jakku concerned about fashion? I’m guessing not.). According to Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary, the cybernetically-enhanced creature’s shell is comprised of mechanical systems that help with endurance — systems include water recycling tanks and tanks for purified air. And the luggabeast has to lug around other beings and items on top of all that. Cybernetic beasts of burden found on frontier worlds, luggabeasts are a fusion of organic being and mechanical creation, with their heads hidden away behind heavy armor plating and optical instruments. Jakku’s Teedos use luggabeasts as pack animals, calibrating the cyborg creatures’ instruments to find droids and other valuable salvage. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Luggabeast https://www.starwars.com/databank/luggabeast
