There will be soon, JA++ server-side is actually rather close to an initial release. If you're interested in playing on JA++ server-side, there's a server called 'The Hub' up, located in Australia - everything is enabled and there's also gametype voting and a few other features. (Type /callvote and take a look, there are a few new JA++ features such as 'pause' (not perfect) and cointoss) JA++ server-side has lua plugin support, so if you want a feature you will be able to add it yourself (although at this moment the server-side API isn't very extensive). There are more security fixes and bug fixes, some of which aren't in any other mod (that I know of).

The nose is too straight, eyes and ears are a little off and a very tall forehead. I don't look at faces much though.

I don't think we need a chatbox service when we can just use an IRC channel (read: the 'unofficial' jkhub channel on arloriaNET) for free - considering Caelum seems to be having trouble scraping up the donations he needs as is.
