  1. Well, it's suggested that Fulcrum = Ahsoka Tano, based on raising the pitch of the mysterious figure's transmissions and the insignias on cargo crates. I can't help but wonder... Given Ahsoka might be back, where does that leave Lux Bonteri? I like to imagine that a rebellion, as it were, would start with his coalition between the navy and the patriotic freedom-fighters of Onderon. I take it Onderon decided to align with the Republic later, but it's not too long before Order 66 occurs and the Galactic Empire secures its dominant hold on the galaxy. Anyways, here's a few hypotheses of mine in regards to how a rebel alliance might be forged: The original theory was that the Senate didn't like Palpatine . . . because he's a meaniehead . . . so they formed an alliance against him.Bail Organa might be trying to gain resources for a Rebellion (you'll recall he had Artoo report everything he found out about the Ghost Crew) and assuming he's associated with Ahsoka Tano (I might not doubt this, given he sought out Shaak Ti in TFU), he might be using her seemingly anonymous deals to reach out to the Ghost Crew and perhaps use their talents to acquire/safely transport more of what an official Rebellion would need.Lux Bonteri and Ahsoka Tano could have run off together with the Onderonian militia following them, thus forming an independent rebellion and operating and making deals in secret. If they and Bail Organa aren't associated yet, it might as well only be a matter of time.At one point, Ghost Crew, Fulcrum (probably Ahsoka), and Bail Organa will meet up and organize a rebellion, and use Sabine's custom spray-painted insignia for their symbol. (Sigh.)So yeah . . . Though I still very much do prefer the TFU story, given it was more relevant and developed, as well as meaningful to what the Rebel Alliance was built upon. Having Leia amongst the Rebel leadership was a nice, and so was the rebel uniform being derived from that of Kota's militia. Just as well, we see through the eyes of Starkiller what Darth Vader would have been as a father, and how he probably intended to rule the galaxy with Luke at his side. Seeing Starkiller turn his back on the dark side and sacrificing himself so that the galaxy might find hope and harmony after stumbling upon his old Jedi roots, despite all that he had been hardwired to do as Vader's slave and Palpatine's pawn, I found rather touching. And seeing the rebel insignia come from the Jedi family crest of the assembler of the rebel alliance, as well as the one who sacrificed himself so it might exist, was pretty symbolic. Heh, more symbolic than a random spraypainting made of destructive detonate.

    Stass Allie

She looks more like a black version of Adi Gallia, imo.
  3. @@redsaurus Luckily, to begin with, I never had the skill or motivation to make KotF in the first place. And if I -were- too lazy to provide credit, I wouldn't release it at all.
  4. @@Darth Futuza Just because my enjoyment of the mod isn't hindered by this aspect of it doesn't mean I'd partake in similar activity.
  5. KotF was fun when I was involved with it, for what little time I was. It had plenty of potential and epic multiplayer Force Mod additions that were never brought to fruition. The only reason people are butthurt about this mod is because no credit was really given to anyone, but at the same time... The creator was an inventive human being, but he worked alone as well. (I think.) If I were him, I'd probably be too lazy to give credit to anyone myself. Lack of credit won't hinder your ability to enjoy the mod, so just enjoy the mod it for what it is and quit yer whining. Not sure I speak for anyone else, but I might be happy to see KotF return better than before.
  6. Anyone who sought distribution of my file, rest assured a link will be provided once I've returned to my home.
  7. Regardless of it possessing ported material, it has all served to further the progression of this reborn Revan model's accuracy. It has come far and well beyond any of your abilities. Criticism where it is due is acceptable, but if you're going to complain about ported material despite it being the best resource with which anyone courageous willing to take some time to make a detailed reborn Revan can use, then perhaps no one here who has let their judgment been decided by this inconsequential aspect deserves this model's distribution, showcasing, or the right to pass their judgment at all. We are not modelers, and likely never will have the chance to become fully accomplished in that skill, but we strive to make only dream-like wonders happen, and this is what it takes for us to achieve this goal. This is what it takes for us to make what no one else can, what no one else will, what no one else cares about. Anyone ignorant enough to disregard the passion and effort required to bring this to fruition from the likes of restricted dreamers like us shouldn't really post here at all if your only argument is that it's sinful just because it's ported material. You're free to try and do better, but it's clear that you can't or won't until you're (not going to mention any names, as obvious as some of them are) provoked by this pointlessly driven ignorance or ego in your quest to defile our efforts--but once again, it's extremely probable that you won't. Speaking of ignorance and ego-- @@ShenLong Kazama, I suggest you reconsider what you posted. The scars were done quite well, even for a person whose skill in texturing is not primary--in fact, it has only surfaced recently. The same can be said for my efforts. We combined to bring about accuracy and if you feel like playing this game--probably like your .gif incited by overinflated ego suggested--I think your efforts are inaccurate in comparison to ours. @@Langerd, @@Milamber, @@RevanKnight, @@JAWSFreelao, your inspiration, encouragement, creativity, and critiques are well received and well appreciated. We'll do our best to accommodate all of your thoughts on what we've worked on to whatever lengths our ability will allow us. I'll take more time analyzing your responses and doing what I can to accommodate them, and once it is done, I'll post a screen or more. Thanks to all four of you and anyone else who understands and appreciates our ambitions.
  8. @@Kualan Sorry I wasn't awfully specific. Yes, this is from LT. Claim. Also, I'm through with MBII. Ech.
  9. Well, I can't release this through the official JKHub file system (I don't think, notsure) but here are some screens. PM me if you want an upload link.
  10. Technically, I reskinned the full skin & hair of Revan's body, and added a flesh wound and red scar. Dementous touched up on the coloring though, which is nice. Also, he added some terrific extra scars. Also, this has been updated. A little touch-up on the armor and inc screens.
  11. @@BruceJohnJenner Jedi Knight 4* I literally can't fathom how this could have been screwed up so immeasurably. I mean, seriously... Counter-Strike started off as an HL mod, and look where it's went. http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/28328-the-list-of-continuity-mistakes/page-1 Darth Nuke raged about KotOR II on Obsidian forums for ten threads until Chris Avellone, the LEAD DEV, came out and addressed him with something of a passive insult. Chris Avellone: "So if you want to argue LucasArts aesthetics vs. the old LucasArts aesthetics, go ahead. Call them about K1. Call them about K2. Do not hesitate. Tell them of the horrible, bloody crimes being committed in their backyard, which they have seen, yet somehow must be mistaken in their decisions. Tell them what fools they are for making that decision and how Star Wars historical accuracy has been dragged through the dirt. Tell them how it has crippled their reputation in your eyes for centuries, and how it has left a wound in the Force - a wound that echoes still. I think that only then will they see that what they have done is wrong... and that the balance in the Force must be rectified." What an ironic perception of the future, wouldn't you agree? Even if it was sarcastic. Darth Nuke: "Yeah, ok whatever, and no duh it's continuity. Still the Beast is the battle droid, and the Virago is the Stealth version. So if you need the battle droid next time, you'll no which one to use. I'm sure the Mandalorians won't want to go against the Sith in Stealth models. See I'm trying to help you Chris. But again you avoid my question. Why is it that you basically stole the Virago, and called it a Basilisk, instead of having the beast redesigned to look more modern and less stupid? Not a hard question to answer, unless of course you can't answer it. Don't forget to answer how HK-47 can fight a dead man and lose? This is a continuity thread Chris, and I would like you to answer the other continuity problems. EDIT: "Uh... huh? All right, it's a poor fighter - where did that come from?" Please don't challenge me on the power between a Basilisk and a Virago. All a Basilisk has to do is charge up it's regenerating rods, fire, and bye bye Virago. Such a beam can punch a hole in Capital Ships." After reflecting on that reply, it kinda tells us who the vocal SW fans are. So maybe we kinda are responsible for this BS, but then again the decision-making power was never in our hands. Colrom: "Just a few general comments after skimming this thread. 1. This is Darth Nuke vs the Rest Of The World. 2. Darth Nuke is nearly matching the Rest Of The World in post frequency. 3. But not in post value. 4. I read what Chris said and skimmed the rest and it all made sense to me." Or maybe we aren't. Or maybe we are. We still weren't the ones who hired aliens/psychopaths as managers.
  12. Oh, nevermind. I forgot Disney caught on with Lucasarts' game-canning trends. http://www.gamespot.com/articles/disney-cancels-star-wars-attack-squadrons-before-it-even-gets-out-of-beta/1100-6419849/
  13. Free Radical's internal video that LucasArts wanted brought down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgUDi3wyKUI
  14. Well, LucasArts operated in absolute schlock, and it died with its allies and employees remembering it that way. Reading this made me quite emotional. All I can hope for is that Disney emerges as our new hope, bringing with it many quality Star Wars productions in gaming, television, and film. Try to enjoy reading this story. ;/ http://www.gameinformer.com/b/features/archive/2014/02/12/fall-of-the-empire-how-inner-turmoil-brought-down-a-legendary-studio.aspx
  15. It's actually odd. I recall, from watching a preview of the Inquisitor, a better take on this specific line: "Your devotion to your Master is admirable, but it will not save you. Nothing can." But in the actual episode, Gathering Forces, they used a less powerful one. As for the voice overall, eh... It could have been more unique, IMO--given Utapauns certainly had an interestingly different alien accent in Episode III and TCW's Crisis on Utapau episode reel. But he just sounds like a cheesier version of the male Sith Warrior. I suppose in some certain points, it's alright--but I'd still prefer something different, or at least more work be put into the voice acting itself. In Gathering Forces, there was this one particular line I couldn't stand, and not because of the writing but rather because of its pronunciation. "Ah, yes, [said rather quickly and unsubtely--in fact, almost awkwardly rushed IMO] good, good, [fades to a bland unbalance of volume from blunt to quiet] unleash your anger. [Coughs on a badly intertwined laugh.]"
  16. Am I the only one displeased by the voice acting done for The Inquisitor? I mean, it's Jason Isaacs but the Inquisitor's voice acting sounds cheesy and half-assed IMO. :/
  17. Darth Vader needs to step in and pull a Space Nazi on everyone.
  18. Please make this into a playable multi-player model.
