  1. @@DT85 She's the female in the black armor.
  2. BTW: Barriss was cuuuute. If they make her look like the wicked witch, I'm going to punch myself in the genital area so many times that... -it's-just going to fall off.
  3. There's Rebels concept art of a scene with Ezra and a lady in that dark suit--with a green/olive-colored face, and then there's the fact that Dave Filoni says he still has plans for her character. Plus, Darth Vader initially tasked The Inquisitor with finding a new enemy with the Force that the Emperor had foreseen--so I've gathered that Inquisitors' main priorities are hunting down Jedi, and who would be more convicted to do just that than Barriss, who bombed their Temple as statement that she stands against their corruption and the fact that the Jedi were the ones responsible for the war? (In a sense, she was actually right. Take Sifo-Dyas's actions for instance.) Physically, Barriss is quite feminine and curvy. Her legs and thighs seem to be the same as this new villain. She has the same fighting style, too. When she dueled Ahsoka, it was almost like a deadly dance, and she incorporated kicks in her attacks as well, and I see all of that from her in the trailer when she's swinging at Ezra. She also seems to have Barriss's movements and body when she's blocking blasts from the Phantom with that brute-looking Inquisitor beside her. And lastly, in that same scene, if you pay close attention to her right-sided cheek area from behind, it's olive-colored skin, just like Barriss's.
  4. I'm very impressed with the strength, conviction, and destiny in Ahsoka's character, and for me, she's probably the main attraction of Season 2 for me. Her, Vader, and Barriss. She's also rather beautiful. :>
  5. If anyone actually think TCW was always going to be aimed at kids... sorry, nope. I don't think a series marketed toward children by the age of seven and such would commonly display: Civilian genocide (Black Sun firing on pacifist Mandalorians in their street)Fratricide (The clones were tricked into firing on each other because of Krell on Umbara)War crimes (Rex terminated a wounded and harmless Umbaran crawling for refuge)The stages of using criminal and evil acts to rise to power (Take the plot to kidnap the Chancellor and the Shadow Collective arcs for example)Political and personal corruption (This has expanded on several levels throughout TCW, especially with the Inhibitor Chips)Drugs (Lom Pyke is basically getting high during the Sifo-Dyas episode in Season 6)Mature PDA (In the same episode, I noticed a Twi'lek was laying across a male's lap with his hand on her ass)Inhuman villainy (Take Darth Maul's various multiple acts, for example)Brutality (Did you see the way Anakin single-handedly choked Ventress with his saber at her throat, or the way Savage rammed his horn through Gallia's abdomen? There are several other examples too.)Etc.Maybe this initially emerged as a show aimed at children, but that's definitely not how it turned out, as you can see. Kids that are 7-12 probably don't know what all of those terms actually mean. Also, I just noticed the huge difference with Rebels. Now that I can understand being aimed at children. Sigh...
  6. Hey, guys. I uploaded a video on YouTube which basically rescores the death of Darth Vader with a theme by Kevin Kiner used in TCW that takes place during Barriss Offee's confession, and I felt like sharing. You might happen to like it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdQUxuW7XPM
  7. Well, judging by the majority of worldwide reviews of the Star Wars prequels, they were... to put it lightly, a waste, without TCW. :< I've given thought to how the prequels could have been remade better, and then it dawned on me that everything that happened right before the KotOR game could work perfectly, with some plot tweaks of course. Basically, what I'm going to be posting is a prequel/original content-based replacement of the things we see in KotOR, and I'd answer any questions about the edits to the plot. 9. If Anakin took the Father's place, it would be a complicated outcome. Since The Son and the Daughter embodied the dark and light side, if one died, either the power of the dark side or the clarity of the light would prevail in the galaxy. Since Anakin had the power to keep them both grounded, it's highly probable that the Sith would always continue outmaneuvering the Jedi discreetly in few, while the Jedi struggled, however having an advantage in numbers. If Anakin joined The Son, he would have returned to the galaxy to end war, corruption and suffering in his eyes with the help of The Son. Sidious and Yoda would join forces and attempt to stop Anakin, but die trying. Of course, Anakin did neither. He had intentions for peace, justice and security, but was willing to embrace his aggressiveness--and the dark side--to maintain all he held dear and use his power to destroy the corrupt. I think when he became Vader, he fell into the belief that there is no justice--only power. Balance eluded him until his destiny and his fate collided with the Emperor's. I don't think it was a matter of his achieving of balance, but rather his destiny to bring it to the galaxy. (Kylo Ren: lol GG)
  10. I didn't bitch about it, I just corrected him. But it's still stupid that prices are higher than usual.
  11. @ I'm happy to see you're interested in my project. I would have continued working on it myself, but I'm quite busy with other things now. I don't know if I still have the model--or, if I do, where I saved it. I'll check sometime later and send it to you if I find it, though. :>
  12. So... you're translating my tact into a passive-aggressive attitude, perceiving my stable musings as self-pity wallowing, and saying I needlessly bumped this thread even though it was GrayFox who breathed life back into it? As far as I can see, no one is currently bothered (needlessly) except you. I haven't really assaulted any of the modders you mentioned or--as zefilus put it--offended anyone or arrogantly demanded a new model. My response to Noodle wasn't an argument, but rather an explanation of my current situation. I don't quite recall blaming them, rather just explaining how these things usually work. I agree, Noodle. I'm glad you understand this as well. :>
  13. No prequel content? God damnit. Why the hell not? At least, anything between the end of AOTC, TCW and ROTS was the actual war in Star Wars, honestly. I'm pretty sick of the media shitting all over the prequels and ignoring their good qualities. Just wait for the stupid Boba Fett retcon movie. And I'll be pissed if they make prequel content an additionally expensive DLC. I want to fight on this in the game when it releases: Geonosis #1 (Attack of the Clones)Geonosis #2 (Second Battle from TCW)ChristophsisTeth #1 (Fighting to get on top of the platform)Teth #2 (Obi-Wan's rescue invasion)Rishi OutpostKaminoCad Bane's Cruiser (Basically based on the TCW episode from Season 2 where Torrent Company has to board a Separatist cruiser led by Cad Bane to try and retrieve a holocron. There would be interesting elements at play here like gravity generators and the risk of the ship's soon destruction once a fire hits an artillery shell)KirosUmbara #1 (Invasion -- Includes the possibility to hijack Umbaran starfighters for an advantage)Umbara #2 (Supply lines -- Basically, Umbaran insurgents can attack the Republic forces holding the tower while any march towards the enemy could result in a heavy chaotic blast zone, and you'd have to stop the Seps from supplying arms by using starfighters to go in the air and destroy the supply ship)Mandalore (Basically, Republic and Separatists fight to claim Mandalore with the Shadow Collective out of the way. Whoever succeeds will expand to 2,000 neutral systems. This could be a priority Republic campaign mission, given in Rebels it's established there's an Imperial academy on Mandalore. How else do you think that started?)Cato Neimoidia (Notably at the beginning of the Temple-bombing arc in TCW, this was pretty interesting because it seemed to be a dogfight in an interesting floating-city environment, or something. Perhaps you could land on a city and try to destroy each other as well. Just a thought.)Ringo Vinda (Ringo Vinda was a planet at the beginning of TCW Season 6 surrounded by a ring-shaped space station commanded by Admiral Trench, and it was a dangerous battle of endurance with the Republic pushing through legions of droids in corridors, securing defense posts, and pushing up to the commander of the Separatist forces in a larger room that seemed to have several cover points and such.)Scipio (In the Clovis arc of TCW, the Republic launched a mercy mission and invaded Scipio once it had fallen under Separatist control. Sep cruisers would attempt to flee orbit of the planet and meanwhile, the 501st would fly down to the planet and onto the platforms, fighting droids wherever they might be. I assume they were occupying many different sections of Scipio.)Anaxes (From the TCW Bad Batch arc, Anaxes seemed to have a very large landscape for battle that included different elements such as islands, forests, big bases and defense points, and ships.)Coruscant #1 (Attack on the planet surface.)Coruscant #2 (This is the mission to rescue the Chancellor. It could be waaay better, too. Imagine if you boarded the Invisible Hand and tried to rescue him yourself. There could also be challenges, like the ship tilting and offsetting you. And if your allies in the Republic cruiser hit the ship hard enough to implode half of the ship away, you could either try to get off on an escape pod if one is left or try to pilot it to the surface as safely as possible.)FeluciaMygeetoUtapauMustafarWould make the game 10x better.
  14. Thank you. ...But this is a request thread. Not all of them are intending to ask for inspiration to become a modeler (as stated beforehand, I don't have the time right now.) Most of the people on JKHub who request things are told to do it themselves, for some reason. All well and good, but I can't help but feel that it exhausts me to experience it in yet another another occurrence.
  15. I understand, @@Noodle. Another problem, though, is that modeling is sometimes arguably harder than mapping.
  16. Have you seen those models compared to what they actually could be, though? Not to mention the ported one has frustrating clipping issues, holds weapons incorrectly, and sorta just looks clumsy at times. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lq0hHaVW34I Far more detailed, as you can see. Even though we can't achieve that total level of quality on JKA, even SWTOR managed to make a model that more than sufficed. And come on--it's HK. As for pessimistic attitudes towards self-development, I don't believe that's the case (for me, anyway.) I don't currently have the time or the ability to learn how model things--and even if I did learn, it would take years for me to master it to some degree. Right now, we already have four quite talented modelers (@@AshuraDX, @@DT85, @@Psyk0Sith, @@Mandalorian.) They probably wouldn't take a request like this because they're either busy, aren't interested, or don't feel like it (no offense intended.) You can't exactly blame GrayFox for his surprise, given there are a few models that really should have been done long ago. Can you believe how long it took for a new Darth Maul, or a new Jango Fett? This is definitely one of the notable things on that list of yet-to-be-dones.
  17. @@Circa Thanks, I think I understand, though a screenshot might help just in case I get it wrong
  18. I'm attempting to edit Kyle Katarn's sounds to sound like they're coming out of Revan's helmet. (I'm working on a Revan skin and since Kyle Katarn did Revan's first voice in SWTOR, why not give it a try?) I'm using Audacity to do it, but I'm a bit lost on how to do it properly and fulfillingly. Can anyone post a little tutorial here that should do the job nicely? Perhaps @@Circa can assist? Reference for Revan helmet sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pECjxNnUhJw
