Mod Request: A'Sharad Hett Lightsaber

Wanted to know if anyone would be up to challenge or able to make this hilt! 

 

SP support would be nice, maybe overwrite one of the ugly default hilt?

 

What do you guys think?

The biggest problem I can see is getting the braid/stringy pieces to work.

JA has no physics, the string would be static, like the american flag on the moon.

Try and model it yourself man there is like the most basic of geometry to the thing, and a few sinmple textures seems like a perfect place to start. Id just import a base hand, throw the hilt in the right position, copy and paste and rename the tag on the hand to be the tag for the saber so it doesnt change orientation when gripped. Then, I'd model the string down the back of his hand with just a few simple alpha planes making sure not to clip through the hand.. like this

That part about importing a hand to set orientation was very informative. I need to know that for a weapon I want to make later.

I really don't think the strings are necessary. But I have no idea how to model. So this is why i'm asking.

Anyways this was simply a request. The strings on the hilt don't need to be included

Don't import a hand, import another weapon close to yours and steal it's tags.

I think A'Sharad's lightsaber is awesome and is worth of trying
