Removing the glow would be cool. It would also be sick if grip had a movie accurate sound effect for it.
Agreed, that powerful and ominous sound of energy as you crush someones throat....

- jaden_dark_sword has an invincibility issue and can only be killed with the "npc kill" command - This is believed to be due to sith_sword being scripted to make the wielder undying and play a scripted cinematic when defeated.

I was able to solve this by copying the saber_droids events cfg to the Mark1.

real kids played JK2 using /god and got stuck vs the first duel with desann cause they couldnt kill him and the objective is to die there lmao
(then after 10 tries thinking the game is broken, they once forgot /god and died which gave them a huge revelation and the game continued)
Totally not one of those people.

This glitch is fixed in OpenJK.
I'm not using OpenJK though, I'm using the original retail disk version

I have some good memories from Galactic Battlegrounds. Age of Empires but Star Wars. Might get it only for that.

Try setforceall 5
The thing about that is it can sometimes glitch and you get locked into a stance like Fast and cannot change without restarting, and that's SP only, not MP.

I would love to see a Star Wars Rebels version of Ahsoka as well!
This, I'd love to see a version of her Rebels appearance because she's one of my favorite characters.

What weapon does the npc you're spawning have?

Probably class dependent, I suspect npcs with CLASS_JAN would use it openly but I've yet to experiment with it myself, some NPC classes use different abilities/modes of fire to others.

I've run into a slight roadblock, after restoring the Mark 1 and Mine Monster I've noticed their animation sounds (walking/scuttle) aren't working but I've seen no error in the console, would someone mind looking at their file for me to find out why, I've had a poke around but it's all a bit too technical for me.
The sound files are there but for some reason only the activation sound for the Mark 1 works.

If you have an excess of custom npcs in pk3 files within base it will cause either a conflict or an override so they won't work, try removing the custom files.
