  1. @@Delta_135 Hey, sorry it took me so long to get back to you. THAT LOOKS AMAZING. Is it a saber? Or just a model?
  2. No one wants to make it.
  3. Suitcase... not purse.
  4. Machinima/RP application
  5. I can't believe this mod hasn't been made before but I am in need of a Lightsaber model that looks like a suitcase. It doesn't have to be fancy or epicly textured. Could be all futuristic (metallic looking) like the one that dude carries around in Doom 3 lol. But, if at all possible, when it's dropped, I would hope it could lay on it's side rather than clip through the ground. I can handle the .sab that gets rid of the damage and blade and whatever else but there's no way I can make the model/UVmap. Anyways, if any of you know of any existing modification like this or would be willing to crank one out I certainly would be grateful!
  6. Appears that someone found the bump mapping button.
  7. I don't suppose there's a clientside command for slowing the speed of spectator. Or perhaps some other camera mod that will allow me the ability to smoothly pan without having access to rcon or admin?
  8. Still happened. But it seems a lot better at fixing itself. @@Szico VII Yeah, it seems to mess up ~20 minutes in. No idea why.
  9. @@Szico VII Still no luck. Have the delay up to 10 seconds and its still glitching out after a while. Here is the .map including how the system is set up: http://www.mediafire.com/?td6uanu6fu16vsf
  10. Hmm... Upon implementing a higher wait time I've yet to experience the issue. I'll keep watching but so far you're spot on Szico! EDIT: Bah, it happened... maybe if I try an even higher wait time...
  11. Well, it's all automated as the func_timer keeps repeating, then when it fires it targets a random which selects a random fx_runner to trigger. Which is supposed to fire it's effect once then the func_timer moves on. HOWEVER, after a while it seems like random fx_runners will just get stuck firing their efx.
  12. In a mapping project I'm working on, I have a few entities rigged together to randomly trigger one-shot fx_runners. Kind of like "The Fortress" (mp/ffa_bonus2) map made by Raven with the randomly falling rocks. The problem is that after a little while one of the fx_runners seems to get stuck on. How I have it set up is a func_timer pointing to a target_random which points to all of the fx runners. The timer has a delay of 5, random of 3. Each of the fx runners are set to oneshot and start_off. What could be going wrong here? The only difference I can see between raven's set up and my own is that each of their fx runners are targetted at an info_notnull to direct the effect. Would that make a difference?
  13. spoiler alert, snape kills desmond
  14. Why not bother with the caps? They're a lot more efficient.

  18. @@MoonDog It's Voldemort.
  19. @@Azatha Perhaps reference material. Looks like the author is going for similar facial features. Or maybe the author realizes the males members of the JKA community need something to hold their interest through four images.
  20. , ...Yes? Now it's on to actually making it work. @@MUG If what I said in the last post is correct, in that you only want the top of the sloped brush to narrow, the only thing I can suggest is a square cylinder.
  21. So on the sloped wall brush, the top narrows in but not the bottom?
  22. @@MUG http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHji-961468 ?
  23. You.. don't have headphones?
  24. Hop on the hydroball teamspeak. @@MUG It's actually quite a simple fix but not easy for me to explain via text lol.
